    Furnace AC Replacement

    Sales Rep was competent and knowledgeable. Installers were efficient, and enjoyed working with each other as a team....Install went smoothly and completed with two different finishes due to ice outside.

    Water heater replacement

    Reliance came out and replaced my water heater. The service was great. The installer was quick , efficient and very professional. Mike did an awesome job . Any further issues down the road I will be asking for him . I am a happy Reliance customer.

    Furnace not working

    We woke up Mother's Day to no heat (it was still cold). When Mike came to install the circuit board, he discovered the wrong piece was ordered. Mike went above and beyond to help, driving to Kitchener to get the right piece! Super polite and friendly. He gets a 10/10 from me! Not his fault wrong piece was ordered.

    Reliance

    The service was extremely good. He gave me I information about the AC, thermostat and humidifier. Reliance maintenance plan I’ve had it for a month cleaned the condenser checked for parts if functioning properly and temperature rise everything good

    Annual check up

    I was so impressed with the job that Phil did that I can hardly believe it. There are so many people out there that do not do a good job. He was the best I've ever seen. He was professional, courteous and thorough. I actually learned the difference between just doing a job and doing a great job and being the best. I learned things I did not know. Phil was very informative. I would recommend Phil to everyone.

    AC Check Up

    Had my AC check up earlier this week and the regular tech by the name of Videsh showed up as I always request him. He is the best. Very patient, attentive, and thorough in the work that he does. He never hesitates to answer any question and always ensures that I understand what he is trying to explain. Honest and straight forward which is so very hard to come by these days. Thanks Videsh!!!!!

    Best Reliance Service to Date

    Service technician, (Moe), was very professional and pleasant. Introduced himself at the door, and proceeded with the job. Did a thorough job, reported on each phase. Gave me the results both verbally and in a written report. All in all excellent service. I'll ask for this technician the next time I request service.

    Yearly maintenance

    Appointment was scheduled with ease, repair technician arrived on time and was easy to communicate with. Recommendation was made about current unit we use and possible up to date versions available to us.
