    Yearly maintenance

    Appointment was scheduled with ease, repair technician arrived on time and was easy to communicate with. Recommendation was made about current unit we use and possible up to date versions available to us.

    new ac installed

    Brian and Mike installed my new ac very good work they are very professional, informative, courteous. They cleaned up after they were done asked if we had any questions and explained the new thermostat in great detail. I am very pleased with there work ethic and would highly recommend them to anyone, Thank you Regards Steve Henry

    Gas Leaks

    Today I had Cameron, from Brantford come to our house to fix, what I thought was a non working Furnace and AC unit. Turns out there were 2 major gas leaks in the house we were unaware of. Cameron let us know he was not leaving until the job was done, fixed the leaks, the AC and Furnace Unit very promptly. He was professional, patience and polite. We feel safe and comforted that the job was handled so well. Thank You!

    Service

    Excellent fast service.technician was super efficient and professional .Pinpointed the problem and fixed it.We are highly satisfied with Reliance.We were informed that the technician was running late.I would recommend Reliance.

    PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL SERVICE

    Technician Brian (2019/05/30) provided prompt, professional service with a heating repair. Brian politely suggested additional plumbing cover, after I explained the basement had recently flooded, without being overbearingly insistent in his recommendation. Reliance you guys sure do have the best employees on your team! I salute you.

    Great Service, Dennis!

    I have the plumbing contract, and it is just great. Whenever I've called, the service has been excellent, and very timely. I'm so thankful that Reliance has this service, and that they've hired Dennis, who is knowledgeable and professional.

    Pre-season inspection of AC and Furnace

    We rent the equipment so this inspection is included in the service they provided. The Technician provided good information about the centralized air system that helps us understand how to manage it, maximize it's usage to give better air distribution on the different levels of the house.

    A/C maintenance

    Luis from Reliance was professional, pleasant, and efficient with his diagnosis, resolution and service. The A/C wasn't working despite new equipment. His courtesy and explanation of what needed to be fixed was appreciated. Thank you Luis for fixing the issue! Because I'm on the maintenance/protection plan... I didn't need to pay any charges upfront.

    install of new payne ac and furnace

    reliance team coordinated next day install after completion of agreement. clean install and equipment works as stated. previous lennox ac was approximately 30 years old but consumed much more power than new high efficiency 2 stage ac and furnace.
