    Billing practice

    I have called the company 2 months prior to moving to close my account. I received the next bill and was billed for the next quarter. Have called the company to complain about the bill, no success. Very bad customer service. I paid the bill but prorated the amount. I received a bill the following month to pay the balance plus added interest. Isn't this crazy. want to bill me even when I moved out.

    Hot water heater fixed

    Called last night and had a return call early this morning. Had the hot water heater gas valve replaced quickly and efficiently. Polite and personable service worker. Thank you Randy.

    New furnace and AC

    We have been with Reliance for over 20 years. They have always provided great service. We had to replace our furnace and AC and within less than 24 hours of learning that our furnace was done, they professionally installed the new one. The Reliance staff - Technician, Sales, to Installers were all friendly, courteous and professional! Thank you!

    Furnace and air conditioner

    Our furnace was not working . Technician came out next morning . Very thorough . Came back next day when parts arrived ( 1 day !! ) very thorough, informative , and made sure I understood all the working parts . ( sorry I forgot his name ) on Friday nick came as we scheduled our A/C maintenance . He was also amazing . Friendly, professional and thorough

    Furnace & A/C check-up

    Richard was friendly, thorough, and pleasant. Checked more than any of the previous servicemen over the years. Changed the thermostat when he discovered (as we had many times) that it resets itself with a power blip (or when the furnace is shut off to service) and goes back to a 195- some year. Would be welcomed for all future check-ups.

    AC unit installed too close to gas meter.

    Bryan came out and measured the distance between my AC unit and new gas meter recently updated by Union Gas. He efficiently noted the correction to be made by Reliance, took photos and left a voice message for his superior in terms of work that is needed to correct this infraction as identified by Union Gas. He was congenial and efficient. Looking forward to the adjustment being made within a few days.

    Annual Maintenance Service

    I have the annual maintenance service package for our HVAC system that Reliance Home Comfort installed several years ago. Mathew was the technician this year. His service was excellent, keeping me informed along the way with and providing helpful tips and information. We are very pleased with our dealings with Reliance.

    inspection

    very good service missed my appointment by 10 minutes Bill waited for me & got inspection done thanks looking for same service when air conditioner has to be inspected see jou in june

    Furnace Check Up

    Excellent, thorough check up of our furnace. The technician explained everything to me .Best service that we have had to date. I paid nothing as we have the plan. I feel very confident with Reliance technicians checking our home.

    Annual inspection of furnace and AC

    A simply wonderful experience. Technician Nate was very competent, professional and quite pleasant. Left us with a real sense of Nate's competence. Hope that we see Nate again next year.
