    Furnace service

    We had no heat and furnace fan was not working, called Reliance set up visit to home very quickly. Technician called before arriving, called after service call and explained everything about problem. Technician put into motion repair and when it would be completed.

    Annual furnace/a/c inspection

    Tech arrived within scheduled time. Cheerful, efficient and Knowledgeable. Wore shoe covers. Worked neatly and shared his expertise with me. He was in and out in short order. An entirely pleasant experience. Peter Schneller

    No hot water!

    Abdullah and Lawrence were great! Quick, professional and prompt. They happily explained the issue and what they were doing to fix it and what may have happened to cause us to lose hot water. Great service!!

    Excellent Service from my Plumbing Insurance Plan!!

    I purchased the plumbing insurance through reliance... because I hate stress!! I’ve had to make calls several times since.... and the service is always speedy, excellent and top notch!! My house was built in 1858.... and I’ve owned it for 32 years! I wish I had this insurance since then!!!!! It has saved me a fortune!!!!!! Highly Recommended

    Air Conditioning

    I set up an appointment to have a new air conditioner installed online. Vince Chambers from Reliance in Thunder Bay called me the day after and came to give a quote the following day and gave me a good deal on a new AC. We set up an install date in which the technicians showed up on time and completed the job within 1 day.

    Hot water heater blockage

    I would like to say the service tech was excellent, knew the problem straight away , showed me the build up from the famous Brantford hard water and fixed it promptly he gets a 10 star rating from me. The call centre is a different kettle of fish, not very understanding or helpful. Might be good idea if they were given a basic list that could help alleviate the problem until service can get there. I found myself that by turning the heater higher it gave enough pressure till the next day when the service tech arrived. Little things on a list by one of your pros could be invaluable.

    hot water tank

    The technician was professional and was quite helpful in reviewing and making some suggestions re: furnace and airconditioner. I would recommend reliance company to everyone as theyr'e on time and courteous

    Gas water tank

    Called to fix the gas water tank, service man came within the promised time frame. Problem salved, serviceman very capable, explained the problem and very satisfy with the whole process. Thank you Jonathan (ID 3603)

    Water Heater

    Reid the technician called 10 minutes before he arrived this morning. A great guy very friendly and he explained everything he did to repair our unit. He had all the parts he needed in his truck so no further delays to get the unit up and running again. Would highly recommend his service!

    yearly check on furnace and air conditioner

    Reliance left a message for our yearly service call. My husband returned the call and the appointment was booked right away. On May 3, Rob, the technician, arrived at our home within 5 minutes from making the call. Rob was polite and courteous. Upon inspecting our furnace, he explained how to clean the humidifier tube and explained what number on the controls would work best for our home. No other technician has ever taken the time to explain this to us. He also gave us a disposable furnace filter to use when the furnace filter is wet from washing it. Once again, no technician has taken the time to do this. Upon checking our air conditioner, Rob, again, took the time to answer our concerns and any questions we had. We were very pleased with his service and expertise and his polite customer service. We hope he returns next year to our home for our yearly service inspection.
