Reliance left a message for our yearly service call. My husband returned the call and the appointment was booked right away. On May 3, Rob, the technician, arrived at our home within 5 minutes from making the call. Rob was polite and courteous. Upon inspecting our furnace, he explained how to clean the humidifier tube and explained what number on the controls would work best for our home. No other technician has ever taken the time to explain this to us. He also gave us a disposable furnace filter to use when the furnace filter is wet from washing it. Once again, no technician has taken the time to do this. Upon checking our air conditioner, Rob, again, took the time to answer our concerns and any questions we had. We were very pleased with his service and expertise and his polite customer service. We hope he returns next year to our home for our yearly service inspection.

I called early in the morning because we had no hot water. They sent out a service tech that same morning he fixed it within five minutes. I also asked about a tankless water heater. He gave us all the information suggested a combo for a boiler and hot water tank. He set up appointment with the technician to come out to our house later that day to talk to us about getting a tankless water heater

I expressed concerns about the viability of my 17 year A/C unit to Ahmad from Reliance and he explained to options to me in a clear and concise manner. The rental option included regular maintenance and a warranty and was well priced. Ahmed shared some other cost saving opportunities and was very helpful for my decision making. An excellent service experience.

Had our annual furnace check and programming of thermostat... service person went over and above her duties, taking the time to explain the thermostat function clearly. What a fabulous service - thank you very much!

Although I review as 8 today Andrew was a 12. Not only did he look after the air conditioner he was also very helpful discussing our hot water system. Very nice helpful gentleman

VERY SATISFIIED WITH ALL THE STAFF AND ALL THEIR WORKMANSHIP. THE NEW FURANCE IS EXTREMELY QUIET AND I HAVE ALREADY NOTICE A DIFFERENCE IN MY HEATING COST, SAVINGS. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Lucas and Dillon investigated a leak in pipe and even the previous workers had repaired a leak going above and beyond to help and all of them did such a great job and even helped educate me so I understood everything. Its really comforting to know there are good workers within a company who cares about quality and their customers. Thanks to all. Irene

We rent the tank from reliance. After 10 years of use I thought it would be good to have them check it up. The technician was on time. He was very knowledgeable and replaced the thermocouple to avoid failure later on. We didn’t pay anything because the service is included in the rental.

Our plumber was super friendly, polite, and professional. Knew exactly what to do and got it done. Can’t believe we waited so long to have someone come out! Very happy.
