I've been out of hot water for 6 days and I'm renting a hot water tank from reliance and apparently they can't fix it until next week... totally unacceptable but that's the best they can do. they say they can't get a new tank but l'm able to get a new one at multiple locations but they won't honour anything that doesn't come from one of their supplierswowat the price they charge and their promise to get the repairs done within 24 hours, I would definitely not recommend this company especially that I've had the same problem 4 times since December

Very impressed with the Reliance team from the customer service rep to the repair technician . The technician was very professional, arrive promptly and ordered the defective part right away . Once the part arrived, another technician came promptly and fixed the plumbing. Again very impressed with the Reliable team as a whole.

Furnace blew on coldest weekend of this year so far...called Reliance, they immediately sent a repair fellow...said it couldn't be fixed, too old and not up to code...so next day Mike came over and went over all the options and we decided (as our furnace and AC were more than 20 years old) to get both replaced. The workers who showed up the next day were clean, efficient and fast and had the job done within a day....and removed all the old units and left our place neat and tidy. We highly recommend Mike (who is our go-to guy at Reliance) and Alex and Chris (the installers)

The serviceman in my case is Kyle. A young man with such a pleasant and friendly disposition. He took the time to explain the things he was doing to repair my toilet if I had any questions. It wasn't a major deal, but still a job requiring help in my case. Just replaced the shut off valve and the refill valve as the tank was filling slowly and water was not shutting off all the way. A very professional and qualified technician. He gave me a fair quote that I won't have nightmares over. The toilet now fills faster than it ever did before and my 94-year-old mother would also like to thank him for his work and for the use of her toilet again. 5 stars to Kyle and to Amy, who took my call and was so nice on the phone and Reliance. A glowing recommendation from a pleased and satisfied customer.

We suffered a severe electrical panel problem. I didn't realize Reliance had electricians but I had great service from them before with a furnace. Knowing our situation they had an electrician come to our home first thing that same morning. The technician was great, very thorough. Made immediate repairs and gave us next steps. He came again the next day after getting all the parts we needed to fully address the issue and had our breakers panel restored within 1 hour. Great service, knowledgeable and friendly. If you need something electrical fixed, I highly recommend calling Reliance!

Duncan was a Reliance plumber that came to fix a leaky pipe. He was professional, courteous, quick and extremely polite. I have used Reliance for many different things around my home and have always received top notch service. Duncan was by far the best technician yet! Thank you for another great experience.

New water heater 6 mos on monthly contract needs part. Tech didn't have it on truck on Sunday. Said it would be shipped direct to home immed aft long weekend. Not here by noon Tues. Followup call says unspecified part was ordered, is pending. Its been left were to see if it shows today then call back tomorrow No idea when we'll get back hot water service WHICH WE PAY MONTHLY FOR. We will never go to Reliance again. Won't recommend. No one else should either

The plumbing tech was from Burlington, named JORDAN. He was awesome , and sorted out the problem very quickly on Family Day Feb 20. I hope this review finds it way to the proper people in Reliance. My postal code is L6J 6E5
