    Not built to last, sometimes even out of the box!

    Had a new furnace and central air unit installed less than 10 years ago, annual maintenance on the regular, dust filter changed bi annually. A Saturday morning past there's a beeping and temperature drop (it's winter; lol). Upon checking the furnace control panel there were errors, called the service center they were closed. Called Reliance they'd be there before 6:00pm it was around 11am when I made the call. With in the time window the Reliance tech showed friendly, polite, understanding, personable, and professional. A short time later the furnace seems to be working the tech is preparing to leave when the beeping started anew, back he comes the circuit board he had just changed is faulty, another was installed still working. It been weeks since that day looking back on that day I'm thankful.

    ELECTRICIAN “BOYD” IS SPECTACULAR

    Your electrician Boyd is absolutely phenomenal. He is by far the best electrician I have ever seen. His ability to quickly diagnose and fix electrical issues is unbelievable. His customer service is beyond belief. He made sure to wear booties and facial mask coverings out of courtesy for myself. I saw him training his apprentice and was so admirable. He has a great ability to teach while multitasking and has a lot of patience. He is Reliences best asset. I would only have Boyd work here and not anyone else. Relience should definitely acknowledge this and give him a raise!!!! Great work for having an amazing employee!!!! I

    I bought a new hot water tank. From calling Rene to installation was days.

    We have used Reliance before so when I needed a new hit water tank in my condo, we called Rene and he took care of everything.

    Solved recurring issue - went beyond to serve

    We got the monthly paid membership for plumbing care. The tech that came to our home on Dec 26, did an amazing job. Where others have just done a quick fix, he took time to listen, was patient and courteous, he made one small fix that has solved our recurring problem, and he was careful and clean with his work. I apologize that the winter has been busy but wanted to ensure that he got 5 stars for his work

    Tankless hot water heater annual maintenace

    Our service person was courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. He kept me informed throughout the maintenance service call of our tankless water heater. Moreover, he provided a number for me to call in future for the same annual maintenance.

    Good work

    Furnace broken down and Andrew came promptly and fixed it without issues. Good work all around.

    Furnace Maintenance

    The technician was professional and helpful. But I waited 1 1/2 years after the appointment was made and the furnace hadn't been serviced the year before whereas before the Covid Pandemic ,I was getting it serviced yearly and even in years past, I was called for my yearly appointment ,now I have to call Reliance for an appointment and then wait two to three weeks to be called by the service contractor with a date.

    We have hot water again

    The hot water tank quit. Called Reliance, who owns the tank as a rental. My quick troubleshooting said thermal couple failed. The tech came in, and found the bad part, and went to get one, replaced it, and we have hot water again. Good job, and fast turn around.

    I am so Pleased with the Amazing, professional team that installed our furnace. The team showed that they care about their costumers so much, they were prompt, explained the whole system, and walked me through the process in detail and with patience.     Great repair service

    We contacted Reliance as we needed our furnace to be repaired. Patrick, our technician for this call was simply amazing. On time, courteous and respectful we can only say good things about him. Plus the service was covered by the maintenance program offered by Reliance.
