    Furnace in sudbury

    Branch and Aj gave us a courtesy call. Made no mess and fuss. Intalled the furnace in a timely manner. Were very polite and courteous. Left no mess and protected my floor with drop sheets. Very happy and would highly recommend!

    HVAC Removal and Installation

    My furnace died at the end of January and Rodney from Reliance came in and discussed my many options with me. I didn't feel pressured to make a decision and I have several months to decide what plan I would like to move forward with. Dylan and Jon were the installers and I couldn't have been happier with their work. They were polite, courteous and very tidy. I cannot say enough about how pleased I was with the service I was given and with the people who provided that service.

    Furnace servicing

    I was very pleased with the work today. Tim called by 8:15 am and serviced my furnace . He was very patient while explaining what needed to be fixed. He had to replace the main motor, which was covered by my protection plan. The furnace area was left tidy and he was on his way by 10:30 am. Thanks Tim.

    Furnace installation

    ust got a new Lennox EL296V installed. The estimate was conducted by CHRIS, who was at my place in under an hour after being called yesterday - very professional, very helpful and explained all options available. Once I made my decision he told me installers should be here by 9:00 this morning and would take approximately four hours. To my delight, KEVIN and DREW arrived a half an hour early this morning. They were also very professional, very clean and very tidy. They put down a runner on the floor/stairs, swept and generally cleaned after themselves. They completed the installation in under the four hour time line and left a neat and tidy work space. They took time to explain everything about my furnace and CO2 detectors that I needed to know. I am very satisfied with the guys from RELIANCE and I highly recommend all of them. Colour me Satisfied!!

    Service

    I want to thank Angella who picked up my phone in the wee hours to book and schedule a service advisor and have a look at my water heater that broke down and Furnace that needed a part replacement. Keith H the advisor did a fantastic job within hours and gave me valuable tips to take care off.

    Service

    We heard a loud humming noise coming from what we thought was our furnace but ended up being our sub pump... haha... we called and got an appointment within a couple hours the same day and with a small window of time. Staff was very proffessional and problem was figured out very quickly and staff went above and beyond what he had to do considering it was actually not even an issue with the sub pump. Thank you.

    Plumbing

    Excellent service! Called about a dripping tap & Reliance was able to send out a plumber in less than 2 days. The plumber, Blake P. was very friendly, courteous & helpful & fixed the problem very quickly, also checked out another plumbing question for me which was very helpful, so glad I signed up for this service.

    Empty Promises and a Lesson Learned the Hard Way

    We purchased a new air conditioner and furnace through Reliance Home Comfort in July 2015 via a referral from our neighbour who also purchased a similar product package. The salesman was only too happy to help us at the time; however, that level of cordial service soon waned and became non-existent. Of note, our neighbour never received their $100 referral bonus despite the salesman's promise, their follow up, and our follow up email to him regarding same. While we didn't need to, we were encouraged to finance the product through their affiliated financing company, UEI Financial. Unfortunately, we chose this option, and their 18 month deferral period. We received one welcome letter in July 2015 from the financing company and no further communication; not even a reminder notice in December 2016 that the funds were imminently due. Unfortunately, being preoccupied with the birth of our third child in early January, we were 9 days late in paying the balance on our account ... which, incredibly, ended up entailing $2100+ in interest charges. It would appear, via the absence of account communication, their system is deliberately set up to best ensure late payments and the additional revenue associated with the massive interest charges. Of course, it was our unfortunate lesson to learn. Hindsight is 20-20, as they say. What we should have done was pay for the product outright, as we had initially intended. Instead, we have paid an additional $2100+ and will be forgoing our first vacation as a family of five. As for the furnace and air conditioner, they're okay. We've already had someone out twice to fix the air conditioner because it has leaked cooling agent, conveniently in the middle of a heat wave this past summer. If you need a furnace and/or air conditioner, you can likely do better than Reliance Home Comfort. If you do end up choosing them, absolutely do NOT finance with them.

    No heat

    Helpful friendly service. Grant W went above and beyond. And he didn't complain about having to crawl in the crawl space. My furnace is not working and my house is nice and warm again.

    service and installation

    Andy , your installer was very polite and professional . He explained what he was doing. I told him I was afraid of mice and he made sure to filled in a small hole after removing the old water heater . Your company should be proud of employee like Andy !!! Great work Andy . If I require your services in the future I will defiantly request Andy . Heather
