Overall, the services that Reliance provides seem good, but we unfortunately had a negative experience with them. We signed up for their Trio Protection Package and the first job we used it for was to replace a mixing valve for our hot water heater. Reliance contracted a plumbing company to do the work. Although the mixing valve was replaced, the settings were not adjusted on the hot water heater, leading to a major flood in our house. Reliance sent the plumbing contractor back out to help mop up the mess, but they did not know how to address the major remaining damage (water continuing to leak from walls/floors, warped floors, damaged walls, etc). They instead said they would contact us in 3-5 business days to see if and how they would cover the damage that was the consequence of one of the companies they contracted. On top of that, they are charging us for additional consultation on the problems pertaining to the water heater/plumbing. I am disappointed with their ability to address a problem that was caused by their repair services and just hope that my insurance will cover the costs of their negligence.

We rented a furnace thanks to the terrific plan Reliance offered. Everyone from the sales person to the installer to the manager were excellent to us. Our house is warm and toasty now.

I'm very satisfied with the installation of my new furnace. The Air King company arrived on time and work without a brake till they finished the job even though it was Saturday afternoon and there was no heat in the house. They did a clean job and after they took time to show me how everything works. They were polite and professional. Good job Reliance. It took less then 20 hours from my service request,to book an inspection to assess the damage to arrange financing and installation of a new furnace at a very good price. They even throw in a free humidifier and a web thermostat. Thank you Reliance for fixing my heat when outside is minus 15 degrees

Pamela came to my house and thoroughly went through all of the rebates and energy savings with us. The process was pain-free and helped us in making a decision to replace our 25-year-old furnace and air conditioner. We will definitely refer Reliance to all of our neighbours and friends.

Bob Fradyley (Plumber) #4174 was very fast, friendly and fixed all of the plumbing issues I had. I would recommend Bob to anyone who has an issue with any plumbing issues.

I had plumbing issues and since I had the plan I called reliance and an appointment made, a spanish guy by the name Orge id RCM3581 showed up and fixed all the issues within minutes. He is cordial, has a good knowledge and works too fast and fluently. He is exceptional ......whenever anybody have issues look for this guy..... I thank Reliance Home Comfort for their services and would recommend every house owner to have these plans.....it would save you lot of money and time. I once again thank Reliance for hiring guys like Orge....for guys like him would always bring good positive reviews and on the top good business to the company.

Used existing hose from old humidifier on new install. It burst! Water on floor around furnace, came out and didn't have a long enough one with them to replace so did a temporary fix. Scheduled to come out with needed length and was a no call, no show! Came and measured for tankless again no measurement included for cord to electrical outlet taken. Homeowner told to get an extension cord or " just moved the outlet herself"! Cost homeowner $282.50 to have electrician come out and move it! This homeowner is not impressed and will not recommend to anyone to use them!

Dealing with the Reliance salesman Bill Wright, was a pleasure and became a very informative conversation. We went with his recommendations and are very happy with the outcome. The 2 technicians A.J and Branch who did the installation were courteous,kept a clean work station (no mess upon their departure) and also were very informative about the units being installed,especially the 3rd generation Nest thermostat. I would recommend this company to family and friends as they made the transition on a cold January day a pleasurable experience.

Mark Clatney is a great customer oriented sales person, with great understanding of people's needs. He provided us with furnace in a very difficult and stressful moment when we were expecting guests for Christmas. He also brought us heaters not to be left in the cold.... compared to the company we had insurance with and no heaters were provided. Great job!

Randy was great and I would give him 5 stars all around. He was friendly and explained all aspects of the job and made many recommendation. Great guy to have and trust in our home.
