    Blower replacement

    Randy Breiland was very personable. He found the issue quickly and explained it to me. Provided space heaters temporarily while he went looking for the part that he needed. He returned within an hour and replaced the blower. Very much appreciated. We now have heat again on one of the coldest days.

    Water Heater Repair

    Peter G serviced our water heater and did a marvelous job. He provided us with many helpful tips regarding not only our water heater, but our furnace. He was very knowledgeable. Thank you!

    No hot water

    I had no hot water, called at 10pm, they came the next day at 1pm. Two men, Philip and his partner. They were FANTASTIC! When they came in they took their shoes off, smiled and we shook hands. They were super nice and super informative. They showed me everything that they fixed and were in and out in 20 minutes. Great guys, and great customer service.

    Furnace Servicing

    My home furnace had few issues for the last couple of days. I asked for service from Reliance. I was impressed with the knowledge of the service technician 'Sheldon'. In few minutes the furnace is back in shape like new.

    New furnace - Rheem 80,000 btu's

    It was a total shock that our heat exchanger needed to be replaced during an annual maintenance check however; once we committed to replacing the furnace - in the freeze of winter - we were up and running same day - warm and comfortable by 7pm. Simply amazing experience! The crew was incredibly efficient and professional end to end! Thanks a million Reliance

    the best plumbing technicion !

    On the schedule of early morning, Jorge Galdames came and did a great job there! I would recommend to my friends. he fixed the toilets leaking and slow flow of the issue quickly. Thanks Jorge and appreciates you helping ! Mississauga Simon

    Water Heater

    Called customer service in morning to fix value as water was leaking from water heater. Technician Austin came within two hours and fixed the problem. Austin provided a professional & friendly service.

    Furnace replaced

    The salesperson Henry, was extremely helpful and courteous. The service technicians, Daniel and Lance, were extremely professional and polite. They accomplished all that had been agreed upon, and also cleaned things up very well after completing the installation.

    Furnace

    A little disappointed that I am having issues with a furnace that is only 2 years old, many service calls and many parts replaced with no change. Finally Rob Mitchell knew how to troubleshoot and figure it out. At least it is a rental so I am not paying for it.

    service call out - no heat

    Woke up to no heat, called dispatch (not local) - dispatch was not helpful, and did not understand what northern Ontario winters are like, but once I spoke to a manager a local technician was dispatched - Steve called my cell about an hour later, we had left our front door open, I told him to go in - he rectified the problem very quickly and by the time I got home to meet him our house had heat again - He was friendly, professional, efficient and competent - he mentioned that a local office was going to be opening early this year - good news! - once the company is 100% local I will happily give it a 10/10
