    Informative, friendly service

    Our service person Horace was so friendly and pleasant and explained everything we needed to know about our options and which unit would work best for us. Very happy with his service.

    Bad attitude , very poor services, managers never contwct

    They put some extrs charges on our bill and we try to contsct managers they did not reply us back. Forcefully want us to pay for those services. Very bad customer service

    excellent ERV system installation efforts from Ottawa local team

    Recently an ERV system from Reliance Home Effort was purchased and being installed by the Ottawa local installation team ( Greg , Abdul and the manager). Those professionals technicians are certainly doing wonderful installation job. The amazing thing is that they taken care of customers very much. Indeed, I would appreciate them.

    Their furnace protection plan is fake

    Beware, their furnace protection plan is fake! My furnace broke down in cold days of October due to the blower motor defect. They did not have the replacement part available and had to order it which would take 4-6 weeks to arrive. So basically I would have no heat for 4-6 weeks! No thank you! I will buy a new furnace from somewhere else. You protection plan is no good when you take weeks to fix a dead furnace!

    Furnace installation

    Reliance came in, did a painless walkthrough, we agreed on what was best for us and proceeded with the rental and installation process. The install was completed promptly and the team was very friendly and knowledgeable.

    air condtioner

    i was promised so much by the salesperson and never delivered. Also salesperson quit week later and no manager has called me back since june 27 terriable customer service

    Quote for furnace

    They did a good job explaining everything, without being pushy. And worked with us on Thanksgiving.

    Heating, cooling, hot water & now a back up generator

    10 years ago I purchased a new furnace and air conditioner. They came with a ten year warranty and when we needed a repair they came and fixed it within 24 hours or less. On one occasion the repair tech informed me that we should have our hot water tank replaced. The next day they arrived with a new tank, there was no extra charge to me; so when we decided to investigate installing a back up generator we contacted Reliance first because of their quick response every time we needed them. Best company we have ever dealt with

    Reliance Home Comfort

    We were in need of a new A/C and Furnace. Tom from Reliance was extremely helpful and explained all of our options, made all the arrangements and followed up with us several times, he was great and really made us feel comfortable with our choice. Charlie and Roman came out to do the installation and were fantastic! They told us the time it would take for the entire installation and were exactly right. They were fantastic explaining everything along the way and worked so hard. They took the time to explain how everything works and stayed to answer all our questions and make sure we understood everything. They were extremely helpful and left a number to call if we had any questions or issues.

    boiler and water tank installation

    Given prompt and polite service. Everything done professionally with no problems. This was a rush Job in that there was no hot water for several days and Horace made sure it was given priority.
