Absolute worst service i have ever received. Reliance recommended I change my hot water tank after having issues with the current one. Upon installing the new one the contractor only finished half the job. This resulted in him promising to come back 5 separate times to complete the job, with him not showing up last minute each time. Additionally, an actual reliance tech showed up and said he couldn't fix the issue b/c the notes in file were not detailed enough. Additionally, the contractor did not think to check the compatibility of the circulation pump to the furnace with the new tank. It therefore burnt out the pump and was left with no heat upon trying it use it for the first time. This resulted in 5 days of back and forth with reliance trying to just get them to replace a simple pump. Booking appointments with out them showing up and also just getting no updates from anyone on when they will get the part. I have taken off so much time from work for appointments with them for nothing to get resolved its unbelievable. ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD WITH ANY COMPANY IN MY LIFE. I hope everyone else fairs much better with them

I had an issue with my furnace where the fan would start, run and then shut off with no warm air blowing from registers. This wasn't consistent so it made my explanations a little difficult. Phil Latour in Cambridge, Ontario came first thing in the morning and after me explaining, he did check a few areas of the furnace and found the problem. My panel also has instructions that show what the red and green lights mean so he explained what to look for. Also checked my furnace filter, checked air flow. His dedication to help solve the issue was very much appreciated.

great customer service from Philip today. Appreciate his efficient work. Got our hot water up and running with no problems at all. All covered under our rental plan so it cost us nothing at all.

Oct 26th. Philip the authorized Reliance Home Comfort Contractor came to my home, was highly professional, respectful, most helpful and informative, explaining many things I did not know and was unaware of. He demonstrated why I needed filter replacements . I was impressed with his service and attitude which was entirely customer focused. G Kennedy

I had Stan come in to do my yearly maintenance on my furnace and he was very friendly and professional, much better than other providers I have had in my home.

John DAA1485, was the technician who performed the repairs. I found him to: be very considerate of our concerns, very knowledgeable, have excellent communication and customer service skills. He performed his duties in a very acceptable timeframe and cleaned up after the job was done. John even asked us if we were interested in purchasing insurance. He certainly has excellent knowledge of his job procedures. We were more than satisfied with the job he did here. Than You John!!! A job well done!!!

Aaron and Ryan stopped by this morning to install our new Furnace and AC unit. I was so impressed with how polite and professional these two young men were! They took the time to ensure that everything was well protected before starting and then cleaned everything up completely when finished. They took the time to ensure that I completely understood the system and how it worked, demonstrating the new thermostat and having me show that I understood how to use it. Reliance has hired two amazing gentleman and they are wonderful representatives of your company!

Jason Maluske came to my home within a few hours of being called as my old furnace could not be repaired. He offered me all the options available in a timely manner. Very helpful in answering all my questions, Definitely would recommend Jason to my family and friends.

I just had my water softener installed this morning by Scott B and was very happy with the service. He was polite, friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend him and reliance to anyone looking.
