New furnace installation
Our Carrier furnace was not working last week. I called Reliance in the morning and they sent a technician over to check our furnace in the evening after I got home from work. Unfortunately, the furnace couldn't be repaired and the technician suggested us to replace with a new one. We met three providers and decided to buy the furnace from Reliance. The technician Lee came a little bit later than the promised time, but he did a great job. He took his time and ensured the furnace was installed properly. I'm glad we choose Reliance for our furnace. Thank you for your help!
