Reliance Home Comfort reviews (13630)

Our Carrier furnace was not working last week. I called Reliance in the morning and they sent a technician over to check our furnace in the evening after I got home from work. Unfortunately, the furnace couldn't be repaired and the technician suggested us to replace with a new one. We met three providers and decided to buy the furnace from Reliance. The technician Lee came a little bit later than the promised time, but he did a great job. He took his time and ensured the furnace was installed properly. I'm glad we choose Reliance for our furnace. Thank you for your help!

Mark (badge #1766) from Reliance come by to do some service on our furnace on October 25th and did an excellent job. He knew what he was doing, and he left the area that he was working on very clean once he had finished. I am highly impressed. I would recommend Reliance's service to my family and friends.

Jerry (NWG) was great. He came on time, and put on shoe protectors before entering. He was able to fix my heating issue within minutes! Overall, great service. Two thumbs up!

Called at 10:00am on a Monday morning to report that my furnace was not working. Repairman(Josh) was onsite at 12:00, found cracks in heat exchanger.furnace needs to be replaced. Home Comfort adviser (Jeff Moore) was here at 3:00 and solution agreed to by 4:00pm with an installation of next morning. Installers were here next morning and new furnace working at 12:25pm. The people that I dealt with were all very friendly, knowledgeable, and very polite. Installation was completed professionally and old equipment was removed and no mess was left, very clean job. We had Bob Fradgley come to fix the toilet he checked all the plumbing was friendly, courteous, and friendly. Thanks for the great service. My mother was very happy with Bob. Thanks again

The service was prompt and efficient. Jordan C. did a great job of installing and explaining what I needed to know about the tank. He was very knowledgeable, respectful and left the area cleaner than when he found it. Would not hesitate to call him again.

I just wanted to pass on our comments on the excellent service received from Phil on the 18th of October. He was in contact with us when he advised he was a little delayed, but showed up as promised. Excellent service on the furnace and a/c. Also identified a small gas leak, turned off the gas, I contacted Union Gas and they showed up and promptly repaired... Thank you Phil for great service and follow up.......I don't think we would have found the leak otherwise.!.....

We were offered a deal as "not to pay for first year" by Reliance. 2 days after signing the contract they come in sharp 8:00 AM, remove old equipment, change the piping (we had old non-standard pipeline) and install new furnace and AC before 3:00 PM. They were fast, quite, clean and very polite. Very satisfied.

Really impressed with the work of Ryan Schrempf who serviced my furnace. He is a Reliance company employee, not a contracted person... Big difference. Need company service in Huntsville not contracted out.
