Serviceperson Mike M. Was very pleasant on this visit to our home. He went about trouble shooting methodically and was able to get our intermittent furnace running smoothly in a timely manner. He also did a thorough job of cleaning and servicing the furnace. What was even more impressive was his ability and willingness to explain to us what the problem was. A very professional individual...an asset to your organization.

The installers were very efficient, worked quickly and left the area totally clean. Brendan was very patient with his explanation of the equipment and the thermostat and was willing to answer all of our questions. He was also training a new employee so really did most of the work himself. Would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

called Reliance to have someone come and check my 5 yr.old furnace which I have had nothing but trouble with since it was installed. DAA4271 was a godsend! Flame sensor was part of the problem but have also had problems with fan blower being too loud and not getting enough warm air. He took the time to investigate and explain - found that two wires were crossed (hence the tepid air and feeling cold for the last 4 winters!) and also adjusted the fan blower - I now have warm/hot air and a quiet furnace!! Thank you so much!!!

Kelly was very active and helpful uptill the date when AC was installed. However, after installation we received very poor service on the paper work. Response time to emails dropped to multiple weeks and even months. Financial packages never arrived even after promises. We were left to call and interact with the finance company to arrange for payments. It seems like reliance were mainly interested in the sale of the AC unit. Afterwards the response time suddenly increased to weeks and weeks. Would highly recommend to clearly discuss the financial details before hand.

Repair person was very mindful of our home, pleasant individual, did their business professionally and quickly, everything went very smooth. Repair Id# Mark. S, 1766. Also informed me of upgrades available and I took advantage and upgraded my maintenance package.

This is my first time to have the service from Reliance due to the furnace break down. I had great experience with their fast and efficient service by the Reliance team from customer service, inspection , sales and installation of furnace. The whole process is so smooth and they delivered great work. I highly recommended them to others! Thumbs up!!

The sales person Rodney provided lots of information, answered my many questions and emails. We made the decision to have Reliance install the system. The young men that did the installation (Adam and Brendan) were very polite, professional and knowledgeable. We have not experience such professional service as these 3 people provided in a long time and we would highly recommend Reliance products and services to anyone. Diane

Reliance was able to send someone out the same morning of our call to get our furnace back up and running, when it failed to come on at the beginning of the season. Same day response was important to us, as we have infant twins in the household. Mathew F came out and was personable and very knowledgeable. He took the time to educate me about a number of aspects of the system that I never even knew existed--very helpful. All repairs completed efficiently and at a reasonable cost.
