Mr. Hill found out immediately what was going on with the water heater and fixed it, while explaining what the problem was and what he was doing. Now we have plenty of hot water and more knowledge than ever about diagnosing mis-behaving water heaters. Thanks Ken!

We had a leak with our rental water heater and I called in. The call centre provided a number of windows for a service visit ( I chose 8 a.m. - 11 a.m.). Brad called ahead and was at the door at 8:05. He put on foot coverings, went to the furnace room and assessed the problem. He outlined what solution was needed and how long it would take (Replace the tank - just over an hour). Brad laid down protective mats; took the old tank out and installed the new one - one hour and five minutes! It was an impressive example of excellent customer service - all work done with updated fittings and absolutely no trace of a mess. He provided a follow up with a summary of what was done and operational suggestions. An excellent customer experience.

Its been a while that may aircon runs frequently and that my hydro bills goes to high. I called Reliance Friday to have my concerns and the following day (Saturday) Frank of Home Comfort Advisor came over to my house and give me a very good advised in what to do. Sunday , Sep the contractor came to replaced and installed the new furnace, aircon, tankless hot water, humidifier, thermostat in just one day. They started 10am and finished at 9:30pm inspite of Sunday wherein every companies usualy closed. They worked so professionally, polite, kind , advised, trained, orient me and the whole family how to operate , cleaned the work place and worth and highly recommended to others. Reliance was very quick to respond and do actions. Very satisfied.

This is the 3rd time I call Reliance to fix / maintain my house water heater tank. Its amazing how consistent this company is when it comes to customer service, prompt response and setting appointments. Customer Rep insisted to schedule an appointment even though the heater started working while I was on the phone. Adam L showed up next morning and he did an amazing job. His professional attitude, advise and how fast did he identified the issue and fixed it were exceptional. Way to go Reliance Home Comfort!

Randy Came in and performed the maintenance. He remembered our conversation from a year ago !! Super Professional, even looked at my air conditioner, and made recommendations for next spring !

My review is on my repair man: By far the best service I have EVER received for a repair (or installation). Bill (last name) provided service above and beyond: he was courteous, professional, very safety orientated, provided me with great advice on different safety products available, worked efficiently, and cleaned up after himself. In summary: Bill is well worth requesting for your next service if you are in the Cornwall Ontario region! P.S. As I have never used this service before, I am neutral towards Reliance as a company, but this incorporated service I received has really left me satisfied.

Gabriel was awesome. Fixed my problem in just a few minutes and more importantly gave me some great unsolicited advice that can help me in the future with a number of AC and furnace issues.

Mark Cooper from Reliance came over to do a water heater switch up. When you discovered my stairwell to be a challenge, he patiently waited for back up (Jonathan?) to assist him. They went beyond their role, but especially Mark, who provided me info on my furnace, which was also in waiting of a repair. He suggested that I get a second opinion from Reliance, which I thought a great idea. Good job, friendly and knowledgeable people....results in happy customer!

Matt M and Andrew did a fantastic job of installing the new units and reviewing their care and operation. They were courteous, respectful and efficient throughout the installation process. The representative who visited me was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I had booked another company to discuss furnaces as well but she convinced me to go with Reliance because of her approach and knowledge and the fact that she took time to discuss options. I made the decision and cancelled the other meeting. Installers were fantastic, quick, efficient, friendly, helpful and courteous. I wasn't having a new A/C installed but they repaired the covering around the existing wiring that had been chewed by animals and also volunteered to hose out the interior because it looked dirty. Fantastic customer service! I have already recommended them to friends and will continue to do so
