Furnace troubles
Called Reliance during the Christmas holidays. Unlike their direct competitor who split their gas and services division some time ago, Reliance did not charge a premium to address my problem during this period. With temperatures dropping, Reliance was able to send their expert, Jason Silva, that very morning. Jason called 15 minutes before his arrival and within the scheduled time slot. Jason was prompt, courteous, knowledgable and most importantly, honest. This level of service was appreciated and means Reliance is now my preferred service provider for heating or cooling matters.
