I filled in an online request for a quote for a new furnace from Reliance. The next day Denis Desmarais, the Home Comfort Advisor from Reliance came to my Brampton home and explained all the different options. I ended up buying a new furnace, air conditioner and pulse humidifier. On the day of installation, the authorized contractor from Reliance - Harry and his Air Care team of 3 people showed up promptly at 9 am. They worked very diligently throughout the day and finished all the installation and cleanup by 6 pm. They answered all my questions relating to the operation and proper maintenance of the new equipment. It was a great experience getting the new furnace and AC installed by a very professional team from Reliance. Thank you Denis, Harry, Randy from Reliance !!

I had issues with hot water in the house. I called Reliance since this is a rental service. Jerry came in this morning and did a great job in fixing the issue. He was professional...supportive and able to get the job done in no time. He exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend his services in the future.

We needed to replace the furnace and air conditioner in our rental house and Melanie Jeffs was very helpful in explaining everything The installation was done on time with no problem.

Reliance claims they "are not comfortable until you are" and with a rental water heater "you no longer need to worry about dealing with breakdowns that leave you without hot water". Huh, from my experience both their quotes seem to be false. We were left without water period, and told our kids (21 & 25 yrs. old) could go without it until we returned from vacation or we could cancel our vacation and lose all funds and the vacation week from work (we were due to leave the next morning) if we wanted our water heater repaired and to have it stop leaking all over the floors. The shut off didn’t work and the tank bottom leaked as well so the water continued to run out even after all the safeties were shut down and they still couldn’t manage an appointment for the same day or even the next morning first thing despite the fact they claim they serve you 24/7 and will meet your needs. However, they still charge you the rental fees while you have no working rental! Reliance does a lot of false advertising as far as our experience went.

Christmas we returned home to find our basement floor covered in water that had released from the water tank. We called Reliance (ON Christmas) and they were out next day. Dave Macdonald (#3510) came and was more than pleasant, not only did he find and fix the problem, but replaced some other outdated parts! Runs quiet and like a dream now! Thanks Dave, you Rock!

The technician identified the problem and determined that we needed to change the furnace. The salesman, Matt Constans was very helpful, always answering our questions in a professional manner, guiding us to get the right solution to our needs. The team of installers, Nalibhai Patel, his son and other guys were very considerate treating our floors and giving us the instructions needed for the thermostat, very respectful guys.

Reliance removed 20 yr old furnace and air conditioner and installed a new unit complete with econet thermostat. The crew of three were very fast and efficient. They did a very neat job. Furnace is extremely quiet. Will wait to see if air conditioner is as quiet as reported in spring. Price competitive with other companies. So far very happy. Very smooth informative process from quote to install. Would recommend.

I called Reliance on Christmas Eve to advise that our water heater was leaking. Within an hour, the serviceman was at the door. I don't remember his name but considering his young age of 24, he was very professional, took extra care to cover the floors and did an exceptional job of installing a new water heater. Congratulations to Reliance for hiring such professional well mannered young people.

Excellent service. From Kelly, who we booked the work with to Mike & Luciano doing the install, they were all very friendly and professional. Will be happy to use their services again.

Work was performed perfectly buy the tech Raj Charran . He located the problem quickly which was a defect burner. He quickly removed the old defect burner and replaced it with a new one. The water heart was back up and running in a hor.
