    Hot water tank rental

    We purchased this home just 3 weeks ago, the rental hot water tank was small for our family, if a small bath was poured we'd have to wait a little bit before there was any hot water again. I called Reliance, I spoke with a very nice Rep, Christina. She was amazing, I informed her of our problem, that we'd like a bigger tank and powered vented. She answered "let me just check on availability", she came back on the phone about 3 minutes layer, "Is tomorrow morning good for you?" I was shocked, holy cow, I was not expecting that, wow. The afternoon was better for us so the Reliance Technician came in the afternoon yesterday, he replaced the tank with a bigger one and moved it out of the way of the furnace pre filter so it's easier to replace the filter. He was a real gentleman and he did a super job! Yes it will cost us a little bit more per month but we now have lots of very hot water. I still can't believe how soon they got this job done and perfectly. Are we happy? You bet we are, our experience with Reliance was amazing!

    Guy plumber did a great job

    Guy was very polite, good plumbing service. Did the job I was expecting. Was quick and professional. I would recommend.

    Furnace quotation

    Cyrus was the sale rep who came in to provide a quote for a new furnace. He explained the options. I highly recommend Reliance and Cyrus.

    Reverse osmosis and full home water treatment

    Allen was great. Explained the product, explained the service, made sure he was listening, answering questions. Wasn't pushy, speed good knowledge of his product and competitors and sold me what I needed and wanted.

    Replace new water heater

    Today I have had experience with Reliance company. My old water heater stopped working and I called to this company. After talking with consultant, I got a call from technician, His name is Kyle, he came so fast, I even didnt expect! After inspection of heater, Kyle decided change it completely. All work took 2 hours. Now I have new perfect water heater and my family is very happy! Kyle was very polite and professional. Im very happy that I chose Reliance company! Everything was absolutely free. Thank you so much! Biggest thanks to perfect specialist Kyle!!!

    5 star Furnace Inspection

    I got the 21 point Furnace Inspection today. Tony performed the inspection and did an excellent job. He was professional, thorough, and efficient. Everything checked out within operating ranges. He explained what he did and gave us the results. We could not have asked for a better service call.

    Furnace -no heat

    My furnace would not come on. Called Reliance, got next day service. Part ordered and technician came out and replaced part in no time. Fast friendly service on phone and with technician. Excellent service

    Resolved a infraction

    Steve and Lauchlan were amazing, they came in knowing exactly what needed doing and completed it. Steve knew the urgency of the work that had to be done and was kind enough to get on a call with Enbridge on his day off to make sure my services were not cut off. Amazing service.

    Furnace repair

    Technician showed up on time, very helpful, informative, kind. All fixed in one visit, thank you so much! Very glad we had our protection plan, it has more than paid for itself.
