Installation of tankless water heater
The Sales person Scott was very customer focused. When he learned that we needed rent a water heater, he came on Sunday so we can have the installation ordered for Monday 7am right away.
However, the installation was not completed, and the technician said he cannot fix it. We waited for another technician to come. We finally received a call at 3pm (after two calls to the company for confirmation), that someone will be here by 6pm.
7:30pm, no one showed up, no calls either. We called again, now told it would be tomorrow morning at 9:30am.
I'm very disappointed with lack of commitment and empathy towards a customer's situation. I also noticed that there was a water valve broken during the installation.
I do hope tomorrow the technician will show up and have the system installed and running.
