The Sales person Scott was very customer focused. When he learned that we needed rent a water heater, he came on Sunday so we can have the installation ordered for Monday 7am right away. However, the installation was not completed, and the technician said he cannot fix it. We waited for another technician to come. We finally received a call at 3pm (after two calls to the company for confirmation), that someone will be here by 6pm. 7:30pm, no one showed up, no calls either. We called again, now told it would be tomorrow morning at 9:30am. I'm very disappointed with lack of commitment and empathy towards a customer's situation. I also noticed that there was a water valve broken during the installation. I do hope tomorrow the technician will show up and have the system installed and running.

I was scheduled to have my new furnace installed on December 29th in the afternoon. The two technicians, Daniel and Chris, got here on time. The installation was done in a couple of hours. They were both very friendly and professional. Thanks again to Daniel and Chris for a job well done a short time. I will definitely recommend Reliance for the professionalism.

Had problems with my hot water...service guy showed up that day and a new hot water heater was installed the next day. Had great service, they made a very small mess and clean everything up. Great job

Joe was on time called before and said what time he would be here . He fixed my tank in 20 mins and explain what he was doing. HE told me some things about my furance. I would recommend him joe green rnt2512. Very happy with the service

Today I change my electric water heater to gas water heater for my home. The contractor who did the job, I am satisfied with them, they did a very good job.

Lina was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was patient as we had visitors over as she was going through our different options and was able to provide with many choices to quickly replace the furnace before the end of the year. She was also able to change our mind after we had decided to go with a different vendor with solid arguments. The only minor issue we had is that first appointment had to be cancelled as the installers were not going to be able to make it on time but after this, it was rescheduled and everything went very smooth.

Furnace stopped working over the weekend. Called Reliance and they came the next day. Stephen F and Lina A were friendly and polite and took time to answer our questions. It was a tad expensive but I would call them again. They did a thorough job.

My on line service request was promptly dealt with. My serviceman (Randy) , found a serious issue with my furnace and was able to get it corrected in a timely manner. Randy was efficient , courteous and explained in plain language what the problem was so I could make an informed decision as to what course of action I should take. Would recommend Reliance and Randy to help you with your heating needs

Excellent attitude, hard work and effort made to restore my heat and get the necessary parts. KristinG. #1455 is a credit to the company. Every employee should be so conscientious. She was fast,pleasant, and resourceful.....locating and acquiring obscure parts on a Sunday!

We were not getting enough hot water. Reliance technician, Otto, called and arrived promptly on the 29th. He inspected the water heater thoroughly, clearly explaining what he was doing. We found him very professional and courteous. He took the time to answer all our questions.
