    Replace Hot Water Tank

    Our experience started off badly. Our hot water tank started leaking heavily on Sunday and we called and were promised a service technician in 3 hours. This didn't happen. When we called back we were told that the appointment had been mistakenly booked for the next afternoon. After much convincing we were given the first appointment for Monday morning. Once Wes C showed up as scheduled everything went smoothly. The job was completed quickly, Wes was very friendly and courteous and left the job site in a very clean state. He also took the time to explain the new tank and answered all our questions. He recovered a potentially disastrous situation very well.

    Hot water tank

    On Boxing Day we discovered that our water tank was leaking. We called Reliance and the serviceman was there within two hours which was the time they gave us. He was very polite and everything was fixed in no time. Thank you.

    Water Heater repair

    The service appointment was punctual. The expert Thirushanth Nudparajah provided a high quality service to fix my water heater problem. He explained the problem to me very well. His client service skill is excellent. Great job!

    boiler changing

    There was no hot water running through the faucets so we decided to call for service, and we ended up calling Reliance. Now everything is working perfectly fine, Thank you for the help.

    Water Heater

    The water heater stopped working and needed to be replaced. Saleem Malik (#2467) came in on Christmas day and replaced the water heater. Excellent work, very professional and knowledgeable about his job. He was very polite, courteous and took the time to explain the operation of the water heater. Great service.

    Hot Water Heater Replacement

    Our hot water heater was leaking on Christmas, so we weren't going to have any hot water. We called and Paul F. (RCH 0498) arrived only a couple hours later! He was very helpful and extremely dedicated. He even accidentally bruised his head on the tank, but continued working until the job was done! Talk about dedication, even on Christmas!

    furnace cleaning

    We pay for the service contract. While I'm very disappointed that Reliance in Sudbury does not proactively contact us for this service (as they did in Toronto) and e-mail request went unanswered, the tech that came this past week was great. Amber #1620. She was efficient and courteous.

    Hot Water Tank Replacement

    On Christmas Eve our hot water stopped working, not only did Sam Demelo go out of his way to get the necessary equipment and services into play (instead of finishing up for the holiday), but he was thorough, amicable, professional, and proactive in ensuring that we would have a problem-free Christmas, followed by another decade (at least, and hopefully) without another visit. Thank you immensely, Sam!

    Furnace repair

    Steve K, Reliance advisor #5630, was on time, extremely proficient, and even described what he was doing as he did it, helping me to learn for myself what to do next time there's water in the furnace. He was polite, funny, and the best service worker of my whole year. Thanks Steve!

    new furnace and air conditioner

    Our furnace died 2 days before Christmas...Tim Terpstra came in on his holiday time to install a new furnace and AC. He went above the call of duty to insure my was warm for Christmas. not only that he found things that needed servicing and fix them at the same time. thanks for helping us out.
