Initial enquiry handled efficiently by Sylvia who set up the service call. Within an hour the technician,Jason Silva called to confirm he was on the way. He identified,explained and rectified the problem quickly. He kept the area clean and appeared technically competent and courteous.

My furnace wasn't working and I had a few people come out to look at it with no luck in resolving the issue. Craig Austin from Reliance came out at 9PM on the same day that I called Reliance for service. Craig was great and replaced a board and now me and my family have heat again!!! Such a relief! He was very professional and friendly. Very VERY pleased with the service we recieved. Thank you!

Found a slow leak at the cold water valve. Called Reliance and Mehul was dispatched to our home less than 2 hours later on December 23! Polite, respectful, pleasant and knowledgeable.

I called Reliance due to no hot water and a seal was leaking at the drain. Megan at Reliance was very helpful and set up the service call. Philip Sirek showed up within the hour and repaired the tank. Upon completion of the job, Philip explained the repair to me. Great job, fast turnaround, excellent customer relations.

We have had zero heat from our Reliance Covered Furnace for 9 days at this point. Called Reliance on our "Comfort Protection Plan" and assumed we would get it fixed. After 9 days and 14 calls into them and 5 technician visits, we get a call from a contractor confirming he is replacing our Water Heater, which has nothing to do with our furnace! I am assuming we are getting misled for a new water heater somehow? What a massive disappointment. They have clearly gone down hill fast and I would steer clear of them if I were you.

Our water heater went out just before the Holidays and we needed it fixed before Christmas. Reliance was able to come out and fix the problem the very next morning. This time of year, that is an achievement. Otto was very pleasant and got the job done quickly. Even my dog liked him. Thanks Otto Otto RNT2602

Michelle at the call centre was phenomal. She booked an appointment for a dysfunctional rental water heater. Dave vcalled within 2 hours and arrived. He had to run to get a part from a wholeseller. Dave repaired the faulty water heater within minutes.Dave was very professional.

Stephen F from Reliance have done a great job. Courteous and timely. He provided additional suggestions on how to have clean air and maintain the furnace work with high efficiency. Last time I had my HVAC serviced, I had some surprises as they tried to upsell and made me feel vulnerable / helpless. It sounded like I have the worst possible HVAC. Stephen did a through check and explained how / what of the system and assured me of the efficiency. Thank you Stephen.
