The technician that first came was very knowledgeable he fix temporarily the problem and order the new parts the second technician came the day after with the new parts and was very good too. Overall was a great service from direct energy job well done thanks.

The individual that came to the door to fix my furnace thermostat was great. He called me from Woodstock to say he was leaving and would be at my door in half hour. He was very efficient. The person that answered the phone could have cared less that it was – 30 out and my house was 13 degrees and that i was a dialysis patient.

Pleased with the service from beginning to end. Tech checked my furnace thoroughly even though it turned out to be the thermostat. This check gave me peace of mind and he told me what to look for should the thermostat decide to play mind games with me. Thank you.
