We were experiencing intermittent loss of hot water not due to the hot water tank and possibly mixing valve. Brandon responded quickly to my service request and even offered to come over same day during after hours in case it was an emergency. I told him it was not an emergency so he made time to come address the issue in a couple days. Confirmed a few hours in advance that he was still on scheduled. Very friendly person and had some chit chat. He quickly reviewed the issue and got straight to work. Was done in about 20 minutes and left with a smile. Thanks!

Brandon was very efficient and knowledgable. Repaired the water pipes quickly and efficiently. Brandon also did a water test and adjusted our water softener so that it runs as efficiently as it was intended too.

Our faucets in both our kitchen and powder room (small bathroom) were starting to show their age and we were concerned that might cause water leakages/damage.
As a result, we had both the kitchen and bathroom faucets replaced by very efficient plumber (Brandon) from Rae Plumbing.
Both my mom (who is a senior) and I are very pleased with our new faucets - in fact my mom is so impressed that she is a little hesitant to use them as she doesn't want to get them wet or dirty..Ha!! I would highly recommend Rae Plumbing due to their excellent work and professionalism ..
