I had two recent visits. Both technicians were excellent. The first technician got our furnace working enough to give us heat and ensured that the repair would be completed quickly. The second technician installed the new motor. One of the technicians also installed a removable seal at the furnace filter opening. There was no charge to me because I have the Furnace Protection Plan.

The service technician did a very thorough job in explaining at a level that I could comprehend what I should be doing in terms of service and maintenance of the equipment, and why. The whole experience was very informative and professional. Thanks.

After having difficulties with Direct Energy one month ago, I was really pleased with the service I received at 5 a.m. yesterday morning. We had no heat and we had a service technician here by 2 p.m. The technician, Kamal, was very pleasant and took the time to thoroughly check the furnace this was the exact same problem we had 1 month ago. Kamal couldn't believe how much I had paid for the part and wondered if the company really did replace it? Unfortunately, the part that needed replacing is a part I paid $800.00 for 1 month ago when Direct Energy could not get out here for 2 days and it was the same part that was replaced yesterday. I do need a copy of the diagnostic report from yesterday's call which will allow me to prove to the other company (Maple Air) that the part was defective. Can someone help me with that request? Further update, Maple Air will not return my $800.00 and I basically paid for a part that lasted 1 month.

I experienced very good and courteous service from the sales rep and the installers of my furnace. The installation went very well. Pleased with how quick, efficient and smooth everything was.

I liked the idea of being reminded by customer service about the protection plan service we have but was hoping that the date received for servicing was sooner. Overall, everything runs smoothly, Thanks again.

PHONE CALL FOR SERVICE AT 6PM, SERVICEMAN ARRIVED AT 9:30PM. PILOT LIGHT COPPER LINE HAD CORRODED, WHICH WAS CHANGED PROMPTLY. HOT WATER TANK WAS PUT BACK IN SERVICE. SERVICEMAN WAS PROFESSIONAL, EFFICIENT AND COURTEOUS.

The two gentlemen, Dave & Brian, that installed our new furnace were excellent. They were courteous, thoughtful and extremely considerate. They were very professional in their demeanor and work ethics. Neither gentleman stopped to have lunch, instead continued working and completed the job in a timely manner. Our home was 9 degrees when we woke up Saturday morning, and this was our 4th day without heat. We are very grateful for their hard work.

Parts had to be ordered and the tech came with the part in the evening and the problem was fixed. Your tech also assisted and got in touch with Peak Saver and got a problem on it fixed.

In all my years of dealing with technicians I must mention Zach (Islington and Bloor office) who is an exceptional service technician. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and thorough in his job. He fixes the problem the first time round and always goes above and beyond the call of the duty by checking everything and not just focus in one area. He double checks and triple checks everything. Every time I require service, I will request Zach as no other tech comes close. This gentleman should be recognized for his professionalism and knowledge of work....you do not want to lose a man like this. ...HE GIVES DIRECT ENERGY A GREAT REPUTATION... I also want to mention the team he works with who are also exceptional knowledgeable and professional people who helped me alot in the past ...Randy and Martin ...amazing people who go above and beyond the call of duty to assist and ensure the customer is happy and well taken care of...EXCELLENT PERFORMANCES...OUTSTANDING!!!!

Shawn (technician) is very knowledgeable and provides valuable suggestions to how we can maintain our furnace and home. I have been fortunate to get Shawn in the last three years and will now request him next year!
