The worst. service. ever.

Bought 2 chairs and they came in two different colors (but labeled the same, likely a dye lot issue). They agreed to replace them for me, but refused to deliver and make the exchange because I had originally picked them up.

In itself, this is terrible customer service. No one there checked the chairs, they were awkward and it was a real challenge to get the boxes into the car. So, I think that they should deliver the replacements.

When the store called me to tell me the replacements were in, I asked about the delivery and the rude clerk said in a rude tone "that's not happening" Ummm...huh? So I told him that I would dispute the credit card charge and he told me "that is thievery" WHAT?? I am not trying to do any such thing, I just don't see why I should have to totally inconvenience myself for their error. They can come pick up their chairs, they are of no use to me mismatched.

I then tried to call customer service, but got disconnected because it timed out due to high call volumes. Excellent service. Why any store thinks that they can get away with such atrocious, rude behavior towards their customers in this day and age is beyond me.

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service I have ever come across. I wish I had read reviews before I purchased.
Bought a couch and loveseat from the strore at Heartland, Mississauga.
Tried to return it within the time limits but they expect you to have original packaging which is some cardboard corners and wrap !!!!
Store manager Mr Jamal is the worst person to deal with and reading past reviews it seems that sthe way Structube deals with all customers.
Beware if dealing with this company.

Please please look elsewhere for furniture !!!!

NEWPORT Metal Mirror

I ordered this mirror online because I wanted it to be delivered. They tell you to be available the day of delivery and they would give you a 4 hour window. They do not give you a choice and expect you to be available and home from 8am-4pm! I work every day and live alone. When I tried to change the window time, they said I would have to pay another $70 and would not be reimbursed for the delivery fee I had already paid. I said I would pick it up at the warehouse, they finally agreed to that but just so you know, it was a special circumstance as they don't normally allow that!
When I went to pick it up, the guys at the warehouse were rude and less than helpful. They rolled the mirror out on a dolly, shoved the paperwork towards me to sign and shut the garage door. It weighs 75 pounds and barely fit in the care. They couldn't care a less. I am satisfied with my purchase but I will never shop from Structube again.

Bed purchase and delivery

I live in the Trinity Bellwoods area of Toronto - ordered a bed frame from the Liberty village Structube and had it delivered 5 days after order.

The delivery went smoothly and the customer service was great.

Good value for money

I bought a sofa bed and a few paintings from them and I absolutely love them. For the price, they are very well made. I can't comment much on customer service because I have not had to deal with them. I ordered online and received my purchases within 1 week.

I am happy with the product, but have never experienced such poor customer service

So far I am happy with the product. For the 600 dollars i paid for my couch, i think it is worth it. I am still waiting on the delivery of 4 chairs.

I have never written a negative review in my life, and am generally very patient with customer service representative. i know it is a thankless job. but the customer service (or lack of) at structube has left me extremely frustrated. I have a delivery coming in the next 24 hours but they have yet to tell me a delivery window for when to expect it. i have had emails go unanswered, and every time i have called (maybe 5 times) they put you on hold and then tell you they are too busy and to call back. every. time.

Note to company: you need to hire someone who understand ecommerce customer service to run that team, because even for someone who is happy with the product, i am considering not buying from you again based on the service i received.

purchase kitchen table

Made a purchase and tried to return, manager in Pointe Claire wanted to charge us half the price of the purchase to return. Customer service was useless. No were does it state return policy and the manager refused the return even though we were in the 30 I would highly recommend not purchasing from this company as the return policy and customer service are useless. buy from a more customer friendly company

Leather sectional

This is probably the worst company we have ever dealt with! They are lucky that we liked the couch so much and couldn't find something similar elsewhere. We were even willing to pay more money so we didn't have to deal with them. They would not sell us a couch off the floor (manager appreared if he could care less about getting our business) and told us we had to wait 6 months for our couch to arrive, a couch that was so popular but they didn't have any in their warehouse which makes no sense. Then on top of it we were forced to pay the $100 delivery charge even though we would perfer to pick up but we're told they didn't have the space for any big items. We then had to go in a second time to pay the remainder of the couch before they would deliver. When it came to delivery they said all week they would be here between 2-6 then at 3 they called and said they were running late and wouldn't be here till 5-7! I just took the afternoon off when I didn't need to!! I am currently waiting for them to deliver and see what kind of condition the couch is in. I'm a little worried after reading other comments. Never would I buy here again or recommend anyone to buy there!

coffee table

I ordered a coffee table(Picasso) at heartland, Mississauga. When I opened the box the product was damaged at various places. When I called the store to ask them if I can come and return it they said to call back cause the manager was busy. When I called back the manager didn't even care to come on the phone or offer any apologies. The person on the phone just told me they cant do anything and I will have to email them the pictures and wait for their response which might take a week or so. What a headache and a waste of time! Worst customer service ever. Don't waste your time and go somewhere else.

Structube Walker Couch

I made an online order with Structube for a Walker couch on September 18th. Paid the $90 in home, in room delivery fee to an added total of around $800.00. Today is the first day I can actually use my couch (October 7th). I made a HUGE mistake buying from Structube.

The couch was missing a bracket to slot the backboard into the main structure of the couch. It took me five days of attempted communication with Structube before I could speak to someone about my issue. I requested a new back piece with the proper brackets installed be sent to my home. I was then sent a single bracket and expected to drill into the fabric and cushion of my brand new couch to install the bracket. When I called to complain and ask for a new back piece in it's entirety be sent to me as originally requested, I was blamed and insulted by 'Nicolas' from head office about the issue. It took another five days to have the new piece sent, in which they had to send someone from Fedex to my house on two separate occasions as the information regarding the pieces being sent back was not communicated to the deliverer. I was once again blamed, this time by Fedex, and found myself pleading with the drivers to make an exception for me and help me out.

Total days left with a damaged, unusable couch: 12. Phone calls to Structube made: 7. Times I will ever buy from Structube again: 0. Drinks I need to de-stress from this ordeal: infinite.

Just don't bother. Buy from a company who cares about their customer satisfaction and isn't only in it for the money. Though the product might work for you, it isn't worth the time and stress. Shame on you, Structube.
