Did not try to sell me parts but tried to solve the problem first. Very professional. Shout out to Jason V the technician. He was personable fast and very helpful.

These guys are great! I have repaired my oven, my clothes washing machine, and my dryer. Just a bit of YouTube and a trip to Waterloo Appliance. They had the parts or ordered them for the next day. As well they gave me some hints and help. The products I am repairing at home keep the land-fill from filling and are still working well! Stove, dryer, and clothes washer-- all over 30 and now still going strong! Thanks!

Jason V was the technician who came out to service my stove. I was extremely impressed with how knowledgeable he was about the ins and outs of my stove. He not only repaired it, but gave me additional advice on the care of the stove to keep it it's best condition moving forward. He was so friendly and took his time to answer all my questions regarding the diagnosis and repair of the problem. Hopefully nothing else in my house breaks, but if it does I would definitely use this service again.

Really appreciated the quick service and additional education on how to extend the life of a number of appliances in our home. Joe was a great tech. He identified the issue with my dishwasher quickly and set to work fixing it. He went through a cycle to make sure the problem was resolved. This guy also likes to talk -- which isn't a bad thing. Very informative on how to maintain the appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer) to help extend the life of them. He told me why these simple procedures would extend the life. Makes sense, the harder part will be putting them into the regular rotation. Anyway, I would recommend Waterloo Appliance based on the service I received from Joe. Thanks Joe!

We had the privilege of having Jason V. come to out home to fix our freezer and our dishwasher. He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgable. We made the mistake of calling another company first that charged us a fortune, the gentleman was very unprofessional, and did not solve the problem. Jason V. took his time to figure out exactly what the problem was as opposed to guessing and racking up our bill like the other company did. I also asked multiple questions and he was more then happy to answer them for me and offer advice. I highly recommend Waterloo Appliance Service if you need repairs, especially if you get Jason V.

Great customer service. The gentlemen on the phone that took my service call was very friendly and made sure my information was correct and that a technician would be out wih a few days of my call. The morning of my service call a young man named Jason V came to fix my freezer, he was very nice. Came in and serviced my freezer with in a short time. He went right to work and fixed the problem with it was icing over and not keeping the correct temperatures. My freezer has never worked better. Thank you to Jason and all he staff at Waterloo Appliance for your fast and great service. I highly recommend them. Rates are very clearly visiable and there were no hidden or surprise cost. Next time I need a repair they will be the first people I call. There is a reason they have been in business for so long. They put customers first.

Perfect repair, friendly guy. Removed the block and didn't recommend a new pump or a new dishwasher. No wonder these guys are busy. Why does my review have to be 30 words long?

I've used Waterloo Appliance several times over the past 10-years. Today, Jason V. came to replace the igniter on our oven. He arrived within the time I was told to expect him, he was very prompt, courteous and professional...and then went above & beyond to quiet a noisy dishwasher problem that we didn't realize could be rectified! It's always appreciated when someone goes that extra mile to make your experience exceed expectations - Jason did just that. I plan to continue using Waterloo Appliance in the future and have no hesitation referring them to family and friends!

Jason. V gave me a courtesy phone call to let me know that he was on his way. He arrived within 10 mins of his call. He was very polite and fixed the problem promptly. Service was exceptional and I would recommend Waterloo Appliance Service. Sorry for the late review I was on holidays.

Second service call by W.A.S. and technician Joe. Both were very positive. Fist time he repaired a chest freezer condemned by it's vendor (it's still working) and latest was reviving a refrigerator. Well done Joe. Thank you.
