Vlad responded immediately to our call and showed up on time about 2 hours later. He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided an estimate to replace the motor. As the replacement motor would cost $275 we decided to buy a new washer rather than proceed with the repair, but we will definitely call Vlad again next time the need arises. He charged a very reasonable $65 for the visit and the work he did.

I am a person that hates to deal with anything with repairs. Vlad made this experience so easy and pain-free to me. He came on time, worked right away. Found the defect and explain it to me what happened although I have no idea of any mechanical stuff. He came back the day after with the parts and get everything completed a total of roughly 2.5 hours of 2 visits.

He is so friendly and very thankful. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

I actually call Vlad from time to time and I've recommended him to all my friends, because he is always doing an amazing job! Every time something breaks, Im thinking to replace it with the new product, but its so expansive and i dont want to spend my money on it, ill rather go on vacation.... So i call Vlad and he always fixes it and doesnt charge as much as others do, and he doesnt just take money for the service call, but he always comes back and I am always very satisfied. So when the water startled bubbling up from under our floorboards near the washing machine, I was pretty sure we were in for a long, painful, expensive repair process. Fortunately, a friend recommended ABC and Vlad managed to find time for us the next day. He quickly diagnosed the problem (a cracked drain hose), ordered the part and was back three days later to repair. It was fast, thorough and economical. Seriously could not be happier.

Vlad is very friendly and professional and doesn't make you feel like an fool about a machine you may not understand. He'll show you how everything works, explains what he's doing and he really went that extra mile to make sure that the problem was fixed and that any other potential problem areas were looked after. He even took a video of the insides of our washer so that we could see exactly what had been fixed. He also gave us some very helpful tips on how to maintain our washer. I almost can't wait for a friend to have some kind of appliance problem so that I can recommend Vlad and his company.

Minor repairs were required on three of my appliances. Vlad arrived exactly when he said he would, he was courteous and went straight to work. One of the repairs required that he source a part for an older model appliance, so he had to find a supplier, pick up the part and make a second visit to my house. His work was perfect and his fee unusually low :-)

I will never call anyone else when I need service. Vlad knows his stuff and goes about his work quickly and efficiently.

I had the BEST experience with their service technician, Vladimir. After some questionable dealings with another appliance repair company, I was grateful to find a cheerful and knowledgeable technician that was able to service my fridge on the same day, quoted the price over the phone, and explained what had gone wrong with the part that had broken down. Amazing job!

Tuesday morning I phoned and left messages with several companies regarding the fridge repair and Vlad was the first to call back he came at noon and diagnosed the problem at once and proceeded to fix it. Gave us great advice how to keep our old fridge going in future to help to extend its life. Vlad is great, pleasant .

This team is great, the woman I spoke with for scheduling was very nice and professional and Vlad (the repair tech) was friendly, responsible and professional. They totally kept me in the loop about what needed to be done and when they'd be able to come to do the work. I had a really bad experience trying to fix my Kenmore stack able washer/dryer, but Vlad has it up and running. I would totally recommend ABC Appliance repair to all my friends.
