Employee was very helpful and provided me with a range of options to choose from. I eventually ended up purchasing the frigidare based on style and functionality. The staff assisted in loading the appliance to my car and it has been a great fridge ever since.

Purchased a range hood and a stove. Great service from Ed who was very helpful and tried his best to get us a good price. We visited the store a few times when we first started looking but he never pressured us to buy. Also gave us honest opinion on what we really needed, rather than sell us something that cost more but didn't need.

As I walked into the showroom, I notice the amount of choices I have. However, I was on a mission to be on budget. One of the staff came up to me and ask if I needed help. He showed me to the area where all the fridge in my budget was located and educated me about all the difference between them. Their knowledge base is very above and beyond standard, I truly appreciated the help he had provided. Price was also fair as I did do some shop around.

Great after service from trail, one of our burners had a fault, it would not turn off. Apparently a common problem. they contacted manufacturer on our behalf when we had a fault.

The sales staff at Trial are awesome! They showed me all the different options available to me and helped me pick out a stove that met all my requirements. I was very happy with the delivery/install time as well. I would definitely shop there again.

The sales consultant was very helpful and knowledgeable. Not only did he help me arrange a delivery, that turned out to be very punctual, they were very courtesy to removing their shoes upon entering my new home. What impressed me the most upon installation was the staff taking me step by step through the safety features of the stoves. Overall, I was extremely please with the purchase

The sales staff were extremely knowledgeable and were able to assist me with selecting the dishwasher that matched all my needs. The delivery/install person arrived at the agreed upon time and was in and out of my home in half an hour. I was very impressed with the level of service provided.

Purchased washer/dryer. Delivery was on time. Some difficulty in stacking the two machines and fitting them in the laundry closet. Installer was very experienced, did not track dirt on my carpet or scratch any of the walls.

Was looking for a weber BBQ from Trail Appliances, and since they are a major appliance store decided to look at them first. Didn't find the BBQ i was looking for, and they wouldn't really deal on pricing unlike other stores such as home hardware. However they did carry weber and had it in stock so I bought my weber genesis from them. However i think i am more knowledgeable then them in regards to BBQ's

we needed a fridge that would accommodate a custom size for our kitchen. We went to a number of different appliance vendors and found the people at trail to be the least enthused or helpful in the selection process. The salesman was more interested in up selling to larger and more expensive model, even though we clearly stated that we had space limitations. The pricing was not as competitive as other vendors we spoke with, but the before sales support was lacking, which made me only imagine what it could be like after they have your money. In all fairness, it may have been the particular salesman, but never the less a poor ambassador for the company
