Ronen was the first to respond, and even though I then had to put him off for a couple of days he responded in a timely way when I emailed back. He put coverings on his shoes as soon as he entered my unit He assessed the issues with the stove - turned out to be wiring. He checked for agreement on pricing without pressure, and proceeded to do the repaie efficiently; in addition he also figured out the issue with the electrical outlet on the stove that had not been functional for sometime. Very straight forward to deal with. Recommended.

Ronen came in to the unit to help me repair the dryer fuse in my dryer. He was very informative, and gave name helpful advice with maintaining the fuse going forward. In addition, I was able to repair the water pipes as there were small leaks when we pulled the appliance out. Thank you Ronen for your help!

Ronen was the first to reply to my request for a quote on fixing our washing machine, which had stopped switching to the rinse cycle. When he inquired concerning its age, my recollection was that it was about 10 years old. After checking the receipt, found that it's actually 23 years old. I asked Ronen if he felt that it was possible to repair a washer that old, and he immediately replied that it was highly unlikely that parts could be found. His honesty was more than refreshing; and, although, I didn't use Total Care Appliance Repair this time, will definitely keep Ronen in mind should another of our appliances need his services. Honesty like that is extremely hard to find nowadays.

Our new dishwasher needed a special part to install. Ronen understood and made sure that he had the part with him. He gave me a quote over the phone and came on Labour Day. This was important for us as we had many people over for dinner that evening. He came on time and finished the job. Everything worked and in time for our many dishes. We were very satisfied.

Ronen arrived at the time he confirmed the day before to take a look at my dryer issue -the timer was not moving and no heat was being generated. He quickly diagnosed the issue and was able to repair the problem on the spot. After he completed the repair I asked him if he could take a look at my stove top, not part of original appointment, but he took the time to troubleshoot and diagnose the issue we were concerned about. He confirmed what was causing the issue and replaced the defective part, again on the spot - no waiting for parts to arrive, repaired both appliances on the spot. I highly recommend Ronen for any appliance issues/concerns you have. I will definitely contact Ronen and total care appliance for any future needs I have.

My fridge broke down filled with food. I called Ronen in the evening and he was here the next day. He know what to do and fixed my old fridge.
