Ronen was fantastic. His quote was accurate, he took the time required to fix my gas dryer, and he was polite and cleaned up after himself. I won't hesitate to bring him back if any other appliances break down!

Ronen, Appliances Service Technician from TOTAL CARE APPLIANCE REPAIR attended at my home to install a 30" KITCHENAID wall oven.
We spoke on the phone and agreed to a time and fee for his service. I advised him that the new oven was to be delivered by Home Depot and once that had occurred, I would contact him to confirm the time and date for the installation. Ronen was very punctual arriving on the date and time we had agreed upon. He practiced safe visitation wearing his mask during the installation process. I found him to be quite proficient, personable and knowledgeable with regards to his specialized field of appliance repair and installation. Due to the weight of the oven, moving the appliance needed two people. I assisted Ronen with the lifting of the oven and placing it into the cabinet. Ronen took command of the remainder of the task affixing the oven to the cabinet, attaching the bottom vent and then installing the oven door. The power was restored and the oven worked as expected. Ronen remained on site to ensure that the oven was working properly. The job was completed in less than one hour. While he waited for the oven to complete the various features to ensure there were no problems he told me that he was specifically trained in the repair of many different types of appliances such as refrigerator, washer and dryer and dishwashers. I will definitely call him again should the need arise. He is punctual, very accomplished in the filed of appliance repair and quoted a fair price during our initial contact. A good man to know when appliances need repair.

Ronen of Total Care took the ferry to my house on Toronto Island to repair my dishwasher. Another company had visited and suggested the “user interface” needed to be replaced. I sent photos of the broken digital display and told Ronen of the previous diagnosis. He gave me a quote for the part and labour which I approved. He called two days later saying he had the part and could come here in a couple of hours. In conclusion, he determined the dishwasher did not need the expensive part and was able to get it running without any parts. He said he’d return the part for a refund and charged me for his labour only. Less than half the quote!

Ronen answered my call and came to my home within 2 days. He was fast and very knowledgeable. I thought that I might need a new fridge and was happy that he was able to fix without replacing.

After my dishwasher stopped draining, I put a request for a repair on Homestars (at night) and almost immediately got a response. Ronan was here by the next afternoon. He checked everything thoroughly, fixed the problem quickly and gave some great advice for how the prevent the problem in the future. He was very professional, clean and efficient.
