Ronen responded to our online request within one day. He was extremely professional and very honest. The repair was more costly than what we had hoped for, but the parts were expensive and his actual labour was not that costly. He was also open to negotiating a slightly better price and honoured the $20.00 discount for new customers. He provided us with a breakdown for the job and it was reasonable. He was reliable and prompt and fixed the malfunctioning faucet without additional cost. I would definitely hire Ronen again and highly recommend him.

Our Samsung washer stopped working on Thursday, February 18 at noon. We contacted Home Stars and had response in about 2 hours. The repair person was able to come that afternoon. He assessed the washer and identified the problem. Fortunately, he had the replacement parts with him. He was will to work on the washer that evening. He was able to complete the work in just over 2-hours.

I've used in the past 2 months Total Care Appliance Repair twice (2 different appliances).

Each time the service was professional and I felt I received quality service for what it cost.

First time was a stuck water filter in a fridge. A part had to be replaced and the second time was a blown fuse for a stove. He replaced the odd sized fuse and then test the entire stove to makes sure nothing else would go wrong.

The technician ronen is very professional and quickly found out why my dishwasher was leaking water. He was able to squeeze me at the last min as i need to use the dishwasher asap. Unlike other places i called he gave an honest price. Will def recommend to my friends. Thanks!
