We have been getting no-weekly cleaning from Detailed Maids for seven months now and we are so happy with the consistently awesome service we receive. Prior to Detailed Maids we worked with a bunch of other cleaning companies who all fell short of our needs for a company that delivered consistently excellent results. Not only are our cleans awesome but everyone who works at Detailed Maids is so kind, humane and professional. We just feel so safe and happy with them. Highly recommended.

We've been trialing a number of cleaning companies over the past few months and I can say that the quality of clean that we received yesterday was absolutely top notch. The time arrived on time, they were friendly and professional. We're really feeling optimistic that we've found the right company finally -- thanks!

Carmor did wonderful work on my front steps. I would not hesitate to recommend Rob. He's friendly, honest and his craftsmanship is wonderful. The only hesitation I have is for those looking for work done immediately. It took 4 months from quote to project completion for a project that took 1.5 days, and my project began about 6-8 weeks later than had been agreed. Carmor is a very small company, and those looking for more immediate work should look elsewhere. For those willing, Rob's work is probably worth the wait.

I had a really good experience with Mister Plumber. They were quick, professional and reasonably priced. Igor recently came to replace the drainage for my basement utility sink and replaced my faucet as well. I will definitely use them again when I need a plumber and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I only took one star off because they rescheduled my appointment -- it wasn't an emergency though so it was OK. Thanks Mister Plumber! I'll definitely call you again!

I'm here to write a review of Joe's service about six months after his visit. I'm happy to say that since he came to the house, we haven't seen any signs of mice. Joe is both very friendly and incredibly professional. We'd previously hired another pest service we found via homestars to address our mouse problem, and while they baited the house sufficiently so the problem disappeared for a while, the mouse returned soon enough. Joe on the other hand really worked to address our problem: he found possible entry sources and even went as far getting underneath our wooden front steps to properly block an entry point. Joe, thanks so much for your help. I'm so grateful we found you. Your services was outstanding, and you charged far less than your competitors who did much less to help us. We've already recommended you to friends.

I used pesticon's services a year ago and I'm finally writing a review now. While I can agree that Pesticon's was both quick to respond to my request for service and friendly I cannot recommend their services. In total the technician was in my home for 30 minutes setting bait. When I asked if they would be searching for an entry point I was told that old houses like mine would have too many entry points to even bother. Speaking on the six month guarantee, the technician suggested that frankly, houses like mine presented a liability for his company ie: the mice will be back. Unsurprisingly, the mice came back. And unsurprisingly I hired a different company to deal with the problem this time around. What I can say is that for less money than Pesticon charged that company deconstructed my front stairs to block an entry point with cement, provided wire mesh to block some other small potential entry points, as well as doing all the baiting that Pesticon did. Buyer beware.

Similar to the other review available for view on this site, I find it difficult to really describe how stressful and unhappy my experience working with John was. This project, which was slated to take a little over a week, was terminated by me in week five after the project was still incomplete. Some of the problems with this project include: unexplained and inexcusable absences (like not showing up for work because he decided last minute to stay at the cottage an extra day, or take a day to repair his telecommunication infrastructure...!), abhorrent communication (like never calling to explain any of these absences), incredibly short work days, and very poor business management. He required an enormous amount of babysitting every day from me to ensure the project from mistakes. The reasons I got for the delays and problems started off pulling my heart strings (car accidents and stomach flus) but when piled so deeply they just became a completely cruel joke. I wouldn't recommend this man's work to anyone at all.

Michael came, same day of call, to repair my broken kitchen faucet. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He assessed the problem with my faucet and discussed options with me and when he had completed his work the faucet worked better than it ever had. We are completely satisfied with the work done by Michael. Thanks Michael very much, you are a true gentleman and we won't hesitate to recommend WaterWorks to anyone.

Charles came very quickly when I called on New Years eve day to give me a quote to either repair or replace a skylight in my home. He was both knowledgeable and generous in offering me a clear explanation of both why my existing glass had failed, and what he could do to mend the issue. When my skylight was ready to install, his team were timely, polite and did a wonderful job installing the new skylight. I highly recommend this company, they're knowledgeable, great at a communicating with clients, and great workmanship. Thanks!
