ActFast gave us a competitive price for waterproofing our basement. Colm was great he explained every step of the process in great detail to make sure I understood everything. They started the job promptly. When a major structural issue was discovered he recognized that it was time to stop and discuss this with me. He was great and flexible with his schedule to accommodate my engineers and other contractors to get the job completed as fast as they could he even came on a few weekends! Now that the work is completed he has always just been a quick text message away for anything questions we may have. I would highly recommend Colm and his team at ActFast for your waterproofing needs.

I bought a Groupon to have my windows cleaned by Royalty Cleaning. They are slow to respond to messages and I have tried twice to book my cleaning service and it's twice now that I received confirmation that they are coming and no one shows up! Wast of my time and money.

When we first moved in to our new home we contacted Direct Energy to come and inspect our water heater rental. They came in one week did a thorough inspection for free. I was very pleased. The guy that came even took time to explain to me how all the buttons on our unit worked.

We moved to a new house and saw a few cockroaches so I called right away. They where great. Came very quickly after we called them. And multiple times until the issue was solved.

As an Interior Designer I have had many opportunities to work with Rae Brothers in the past. They are great at site management and general contracting work. Whenever we have a question in regards to construction they are the first that we turn to, to help discuss the logistics of building.

We have used Langstaff and Sloan over the years for many electrical projects. They are our number one electricians to turn to during home repairs. They have installed light fixtures for us, added outlets and removed all the knob and tube from our home.

They were quick and arrived in less then 2 hours fixed the issue in about 1hour. Cleaned up after themselves. Even washed the floor in the area of the backup.

We recently had gutters installed and one of the seams got loose. We called Royal crown and was amazed as how quickly they came to rectify the issue. It was fixed in less then 24hours from the time I called them.

We had an AC installed by Direct Energy a long time ago and found out about a year ago that the AC coil was installed to low and was causing our furnace to overheat. It took up about 5 years to find this out at that point our furnace was toast and needed to be replaced all due to improper installation the worst part is all of this had to be fixed about 6 months before we sold our house.

We have been using Mckinnon for about 5 years for all heating repairs on our old furnace so it was just natural to have them instal our new furnace. We have now moved to a new home and plan on using them once again in the next few years to upgrade our furnace and AC. We have had such great service with them that I would never even consider anyone else at this point.

The guys were great came up with a fantastic solution for our issues. However they were a bit late arriving to the job and made an error in the layout however this error was promptly fixed. Would definitely recommend them to friends.
