We received excellent restoration service from PuroClean. They were very prompt to reply to an emergency we had with a flooded basement providing emergency mitigation services that were carried out extremely professionally and quickly given the extent of the problem. Most importantly they built our trust in them by providing thorough information throughout the clean up and calmed our stress. There Project Manager Adam was exceptional keeping us informed and his crew were diligent with their duties, hard working, professional and friendly. Nobody ever wants to have an emergency that requires a restoration company. But if you do need one, I recommend PuroClean.

My comments are best summarized by the following letter I sent to their President.Dear Peter, We have not met however I feel I know you through the experience I have had dealing with many of the employees in your organization. You have clearly developed an extremely customer focused culture in your organization. You have also hired extremely skilled individuals that know what they are doing and go about their job in a very efficient and thoughtful manner. Patterned Concrete's process is organized and precise. From the initial meeting and quote with Tom, to the design process with Yosef and Suzie everyone was pleasant and professional to deal with even as we made design changes. The work schedule provided was an excellent road map of exactly how the process would unfold. In fact, your company may very well be the best organized contractor service I have ever dealt with. Given that your organization has to adjust around weather conditions, the process was very smooth. I was continuously consulting the schedule and always was aware exactly where we were on the project. Ellio (a true master of a mini excavator) started his excavation on Sept. 29 and sealing was complete on Oct. 22 I was very impressed with your forming carpenter, Joseph who went about his work with precision and was not bothered by my questions throughout his work. I am convinced that this level of attention to the structure is a key to producing a great concrete job. I was also extremely impressed how Dino stepped in to offer his insights when he recognized that the initial layout would have to be adjusted to ensure structural integrity. Ryan and his grading/rebar crew and Carlos leading the pouring crew worked hard and focused to get the job done as quickly as possible. I was pleased to see Luke prepared to work on a Saturday to complete the parging. Speaking with him I could see how much pride he takes in doing the best job possible on the vertical stamping. In addition the key clean-up was performed as promised and the clean-up crew did a wonderful and complete job. The sealing was complicated by rain however as soon as it was clear your guys were here. The final product is beautiful and certainly exceeds my expectations. In summary, as a former President myself , I know how difficult it is to hire the right employees and develop a truly customer focused organization. You have achieved this and I congratulate you for this. Please pass on my sincere thanks to all those involved in my project. Prior to making a decision on which furnace I would purchase I completed a thorough review on the web to learn about the important features required for a furnace and reviewed a number of furnace brand ratings. I also checked with Home Stars for ratings on installers. He was pleasant and efficient getting all the work done on time. He and his helper were also very good at cleaning up and left no mess. His commitment to excellence was very evident when he decided to work all day Saturday just to get our system running before the temperature dropped. We had our shingles and all the aluminum work replaced this spring (2014) by Professional Roofers. After extensive research into learning about what features to look for in a new roof and examining all the warranty information I received 4 quotes and went with Professional Roofers. Adam the sales rep was very knowledgeable and helpful providing me references on their jobs. Their price although not the lowest was very competitive and their reputation very strong. The shingle replacement was done in a long 13 hour day supervised by Leo. All the work was done professionally and the workplace left clean. Next Ivan and Brandon came in to do the aluminium work. Ivan was a true craftsman in every way. He also seemed like a great mentor to his assistant. I was extremely impressed with their attention to detail and providing a very good job including maintaining a clean worksite. I would recommend Professional Roofers to anyone undertaking a roof replacement.

We had all the windows in our home replaced this summer (2014). I completed a very thorough review of window companies and educated myself in terms of features to consider when deciding upon a window company for a major job like ours. After meeting and getting quotes from 7 companies I decided on Brock. Their website was extremely helpful. Brian the sales representative was professional and thorough providing a written quote at the time of the visit which he took only about 90 minutes. We had some companies take 2-3 hours for their site visit and still needed to go back to their office to E-mail a quote. Brock's installer (Riza) was excellent. A true craftsman doing everything possible to complete the job on time while meeting high quality standards and making certain the workplace remained clean and orderly. Brock was not the least expensive however extremely competitive with a great reputation and warranty. I would recommend them to anyone looking at window replacement.
