We recently had a same-day closing on both the property we moved out of and the one we moved into, a situation that was extremely stressful. Fortunately, Jia Jia Moving Services made the entire process smooth and worry-free. Their team of three movers was incredibly efficient, professional, and handled everything with care. They arrived on time, worked quickly, and completed the entire move before 5 PM, which was beyond impressive given the tight timeline. Jia JIa has great service both at the back office as well as he movers in the field. Marco was always very responsive, answered call or emails quickly and was very cordial and completely transparent. No surprises. The movers are efficient, on time, and very careful with the furniture and especially any breakables. We had 3 drop off locations and it went without a hitch and with a smile on their face. I highly recommend them for any size move.

Jia Jia did a super job moving me from from an apartment downtown to a condo in North York, involving about 70 boxes, many of them heavy, laden with books, and a dozen pieces of antique furniture, some quite large and heavy. The move also involved a motorized bed, which the team disassembled and assembled at the condo without a problem. Jia Jia addressed problem that arose in the move creatively and effectively, and the team were courteous and helpful. Highly recommended.

This is the 3rd time Ive used Jia Jia and they never disappoint. I tried using another company upon a friends recommendation only to go back to Jia Jia because they did not compare. Jia Jia has great communication from start to finish. The movers were quick, efficient and careful. They will not waste your time. Ive recommended them to many friend and will continue to do so without hesitation.

Jia Jia moved my parent's who went from a 2 storey 4 bedroom home to a 2 bedroom condo. There was furniture for 2 bedrooms including to 2 beds, living room furniture and a dining table along with about 100 boxes. Jia Jia originally quoted us $150 per hour with 3 men. They only showed up with 2 and had already adjusted the price to $110 to reflect the shortage of one man. Despite the fact they were less one man they had the house cleared in 3 hours clearing out the contents from the basement, first floor and second floor. They moved all the contents into the new condo in 2 hours which made the move 5 hours in total, which was faster than what they had esitmated. I would totally recommend them for your move.

This was 3 movers taking me from Richmond Hill to Toronto. They showed up on time, worked very hard, and got the move done more quickly than I would have expected, obviously without damaging anything. They stuck to the agreed-upon price, which was reasonable. No surprise fees. Highly recommend using them.

Moved homes close to the end of June. The team of 3 movers that came to our home did an excellent job. They made sure to ask for clarification rather than assuming, and had no problem placing furniture exactly where it was to be placed. We colour coded all our boxes and the movers placed 97% of boxes in the correct room. Nothing was broken and they were extra careful moving everything up and down the stairs
