Thank you for your raving review, it is horrible when a company you put your faith in lets you down. It is very hard to find really good and reputable companies these days. But not only is it the servicing company who are the ones who make the service great, it is also the customers who hire them. Providing service for a customer is a relationship, it could be a bad one where the two parties do not respect and value each other or it can be a good one where both parties look forward to talking and seeing each other. We train our technicians to treat our customers with the highest respect and in such a friendly manner you'd think we were your friends from high school! We also try our best to have our technicians at their appointment on time but if not then earlier. If it happens that appointments run late, we then call the customer to advise of our technicians tardiness. We make sure our technicians are trained to be the most clean and professional. Because if it were the other way around we would want our service to be followed through that way. Thank you for choosing us, and we look forward to continuing to do business together.
