Thank you!! Igor and Matt really appreciated your offer to have a dinner after they were done-:) they had very long day to go and "fuel" was at the really low level. At the beginning they were upset , as they were not able to discharge it as fast as they originally planned but followed by our motto "plumbing WITH care!" Stayed until the problem was found and cleared out! Very proud of our new generations of plumbers who have only 3-4 years in a trade and are able to make great service and understand how important for you as a client it is to run your business , to make your service better as well. This circle of responsibility makes a big difference to all of us. One day we will be in a luxury hotel and we will be very happy if our vacation will be smooth and nice and nobody will even know about hard job on a background. Thank you so much for your review. Having frozen pipes are a very troublesome problem during our freezing winters. But what is even worse are dealing with frozen pipes that get thawed out and then they start leaking because of the extreme pressure the pipes had to endure while frozen. It is best once it has been realized that your pipes are frozen, call a plumbing company (preferably AnTa Plumbing :)) to thaw these pipes immediately. If these pipes are frozen too long it may cause the pipe to burst. Which at the end of it all costs more money for you (the home owner), which we want to prevent. As home owners ourselves we know how it feels to pay a price for a service that could have been avoided.
