    Horrible Customer Service

    Installed 3 exterior doors by Brock. One door had some issues. Around 2023 July Brock said they will come and do the fix. Now it's March 2024 and I'm still waiting.

    Whole house window replacement

    Had 25+ windows and patio door replaced 4 yrs ago. Had issue with a vinyl strip popping off patio door 2 yrs ago, took forever for them to replace it. Sept /23 same problem, have phoned, e mailed pics, still not fixed/replaced/resolved. TERRIBLE customer service, nothing but excuses, deceit. Product may have a great warranty but just try to get an issue fixed. Stay away, too big to care, just a money grabbing outfit.

    Horrible Customer Service

    STAY AWAY! Would give zero stars if possible. Got brand new windows 2 years ago. One window wouldn't close properly and a bunch of our screens bow in at the edges so bugs can get in. Around Aug 2022 they said they'd replace window, and around Aug 2023 they said they'd replace screens. Window replacement delayed twice for "missing parts". Sent numerous emails and left voicemails to service department over the last few months and none have been returned.

    Replacement Window

    Terrible company to deal with especially since they were acquired and fired all the staff. I have not had a resolution to a defective window installation despite repeated attempts to resolve this issue for the past YEAR. The window is paid in full. The window leaks with water pooling on the inside ledge. Save yourself aggravation. I do not recommend Brock. I will have to go to Better Business Bureau to get this resolved.

    Horrible Customer Service/Leaky windows

    First install of four windows was great. No complaints. Bought 5 more windows. 2 have been leaking, 1 consistently every time it rains. They have been out here a few times to fix. Windows still leaking. Horrible customer service. Cant get anyone on the phone. They never answer. No response to my email. Raining heavy today, I have gone through 5 towels drying up their mess. Lifetime warranty?!?! . Stand behind your product or close up shop!!!

    Front Door Installation

    Recently had my new front door installed & couldn't be more pleased. Although it took some time to get here, the quality of materials was worth the wait! Egor and his Team did an amazing job installing. Looks beautiful!! So happy with the choices Bill recommended for door and hardware. As a long time customer, Brock Windows and Doors never disappoint.

    Windows

    Attention to detail and client focused made this experience so worth the investment. No sales pressure - very open and transparent - we thought it would be months and it turned out to be weeks - I highly recommend this company and windows to anyone who is in the market for a great product and outstanding service

    Amazing service and workmanship

    We had a new exterior door put in. Everything from sales to installation was fantastic. Vern is a great salesperson who was very patient with us while we picked out styles and colours over the course of a few weeks, and was not pushing the sale at all. IT was great to be in control of the process. Also, they had all the sample swatches in stock so it was great to be able to compare against our exterior brick and indoor trim. When the installation time came (which was actually ahead of the estimated lead time), everything was super smooth. The installers were very considerate of the existing trim and took time to put it back on carefully and with great detail. The exterior door itself was put in perfectly and took as long as was told to me it would take. We would definitely use Brock again and recommend them to others.

    Windows and Doors

    We had such a great experience with this company! The sales rep that came to our home was so helpful, and did not pressure us at all like other companies tried to. The installers were professional, and our windows and doors look amazing! We couldnt be happier and we definitely recommend them!

    Worst Customer service

    Absolutely the worst warranty and customer service, I wish I wouldve listened to all the reviews. Theyll fight as hard as they can to get paid and then youre left to wonder when, how, where???? Ive been emailing them for over a month with no response. The last guy that was here was telling me how terrible things are at the company, do I recommend???? Strong hell no!!!!!!!
