I was very impressed by the fact that 4-6 people could show up at 7am every morning and know exactly what they had to do without wasting time. My pool was delivered on time as promised. Continue what you are doing!

The pool that was constructed is exactly what we in-visioned. Both John and Regi were prompt in returning phone calls and answering questions. Daphne was also helpful when we needed the survey plans. I was truly impressed by the entire team that installed the pool. Not only were they very good at what they do, I found them helpful, patient, and always willing to listen, and that spanned to the entire group of employees that worked on our project. Whoever is responsible for the hiring at Backyard Getaways should be commended. They have done a superior job, and have assembled an excellent group of dedicated and skilled people. Well done!

Hi John and Regi, Everything is going perfectly! Your guys and especially your dad have all been great, They're probably thinking this is the easiest job yet because I am never around except in the morning to watch them. I wish I could be there more so I could offer your guys more to drink etc. All I could do is coffees and timbits, but I've got to work. Its been busy which is good, because I have to pay for the pool (LOL). I understand my neighbor doesn't want to do anything to his concrete walkway, which is ok, because he told me that they want to do stone work later. I do ask that when we do finally put everything back together that my neighbor be satisfied with the way his side was completed. I saw that your guys cleaned up his concrete walk way and it looks pretty intact from the way it started but I only looked at it in the night time. I am going to try and come by your office tomorrow with a check for 14k for the next installment. Also I talked to your dad this morning about j-bolts for the concrete pad for the cabana. I will see him tomorrow morning to give him the bolts. my brotherinlaw who is building the cabana with me next year would like them set when the concrete is poured. Thanks again. I can hardly wait and I am so tempted to get the temp of the pool bearable for just one dip before closing (LOL). Thanks Joehl.

We were very happy how the project turned out. All in all, it was a success and we now spend quite a bit of time in the back. We would definitely contract Backyard Getaways again if we ever move and had to put one in again. We wholeheartedly endorse Backyard Getaways as a premier swimming pool installer.
