I was extremely pleased with Backyard Getaways through start to finish of the pool and concrete project. I would highly recommend your services to anyone who would have an interest!

There was a steady stream of communication before and during construction. I felt connected and informed from the onset right through to the end of the construction process. The construction crew was amazing. They showed up when they said they were going to. Their craftsmanship is exceptional-professionals all around. Professional sales. Professional construction crew. My father-in-law and father were very impressed with the quality of work - kudo's because they find fault in everyone's construction work!

Overall the experience was excellent. The process was clear, the work was done efficiently and with minimal disruption (The neighbors were very appreciative of the clean up!!) The crew was extremely organized and made the entire pool construction process simple.

Everything from the initial call and meeting was excellent. Through proper planning and design, you were able to create the exact backyard we have always dreamed of. Once construction started, your crew was on schedule, courteous and respectful towards mine and all of my neighbors properties. There was some unavoidable damage to the side walk and driveway, however, it is to be expected when you are doing such a large construction project. Throughout construction we were well informed of daily progress and the finished product was beautiful! Although your price was higher than some of the other quotes, we believe we got what we paid for. We could have had our pool built for less, but we wanted the job done right and finished on time, and backyard getaways did not let us down.

You guys are very professional! From the initial presentation to the on-time start date, the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend you to friends and family that are looking for a quality built pool.

Backyard Getaways installed out pool with an opening in the spring of 2006. The construction was efficient and the employess always courteous. Here we are in 2010 and in the fall of last year, I contacted John inquiring about what could be done with a crack that had appeared in the top edge of the pool steps. Being too late in the season to do anything with it, he promised to help me out this season and help me out he did. He contacted the pool manufacturer who in turn dispatched a company specializing in this type of repair. The repair was made at no cost to me and the steps again look like new. Not easy to find a contractor in any line of work who will readily back up thir work 4 years down the road!! Excellent work John and BYG.

We hired Backyard Getaways to install flagstone on our upper terrace, covered rear porch, front and side entrances and we are thrilled with how it all turned out. From the start, John and Regi were extremely helpful and gave us great advice. We compared other companies and decided to go with Backyard Getaways because we found them to be very professional and offered competitive pricing. They were fair and honest and the work was done on time and on budget. The installation and workmanship was excellent and we were very pleased overall. From beginning to end the crew at BYG was fantastic. John spent as much time as was required to get the details just right. He made the suggestion to do stairs around the spa and sink it for more privacy. We never would have thought of that and it looks amazing. Regi took over from John once the project got underway and Aldo was on site every day to make sure things were being done according to his standards. Regi was nothing but professional in handling my million and one questions and emails. Daphne took her time and explained the importance of keeping your pool balanced and made it simple enough for a newbie to understand. Came in right around budget (we made some modifications/upgrades after signing). I actually think Backyard Getaways exceeded my expectations in most areas of this pool build and will be recommending them to my friends who are getting ready to take the "plunge."

Backyard Getaways installed a pool for us. They were able to accommodate our schedule which was driven by the progress of the house we were building at the same time. They worked well with our contractor. We were very impressed with the precision of the excavation. The entire experience was positive. We have already recommended them to a number of people and will continue to do so. We continue to use them for supplies and water analysis. It is rare to find such a dedicated group.
