    Double front door and side lite

    Anthony and his team took great care in removing our old doors and installing beautiful new front doors. They delivered on there promise!!! The front of our house looks great!!! Thank you Anthony.

    Installation of VWD windows

    I would recommend Encore Home Improvements for replacement window installations. Dave and team were friendly and helpful. Dave provided a lot of useful suggestions which resulted in us selecting a more energy efficient product. Encore responded quickly to resolve an issue with a manufacturer defect.

    Doors and windows

    Our family has been using ENCORE services for over twenty years. The professionalism, quality, and service has always been exceptional. The few calls for service have always been handled promptly. Knowledgable and honest advise makes the purchasing decision that much easier - and proves you get "what you pay for". As promised, the new windows we purchased last year made an incredible difference in keeping noise of a busy street outside - even guests have noticed. We are so confident with ENCORE that we recently purchased windows for our cottage and had new doors installed at our home.     All windows and doors, a major renovation

    We were extremely pleased with the products and service. Dave spent a good deal of time with us - - taking us thru and helping us understand the different options. It was important for us to work with professionals: people who well understood their products and our needs, and who stood behind their products. The installers did very high quality work and were very pleasant. And when a service issue came up Encore responded immediately.

    patio door & hidden screen

    i was refered to this company by my sister in law, the work done at there home wes impressive. The workman arrives as promised. unfortunatly the door was set up to open the wrong side, no ploblem said Encores workmen , packed it in to truck , had it replaced at factory & returned the same day to install & it looks great. I would reccomd this company to anyone.

    New Windows and Cut-in/Install Balcony Door

    Dave and his group at Encore are amazing. They sell high quality product for a fair price and provide a lifetime warranty on their own workmanship as well as the lifetime warranty on the product they install. Installers are friendly and know their stuff. Willing to take the time to do the job right plus give that little extra that makes you feel good about your decision. Encore is the right size of company to deal with. You talk with the owner and he has the people to back him up. With Encore you are NOT lost in a sea of voicemail and automated atendants...you talk with real people who are only interested in making you a happy customer.

    New windows and doors...

    I would happily recommend Encore windows to friends, family and strangers alike! All the personell that I came in contact with were both friendly and helpful. The installers were very detail oriented and did beautiful work. Our home was spottless when they left. One of the unique features of our project was that our house is 100+ years old. Dave worked with us to have period style moulding milled for the project. It's georgous!!! Windows are very good quality and we no longer have cold drafts in the winter. :o) We also had 2 steel doors and 2 vinyl doors installed by Encore and we are very happy with the outcome of them as well. Once again, Dave worked with us to have a custom leaded glass for the front door which turned out beautifully. We are looking forward to finishing off the last three windows that need to be replaced with Encore.

    Soundproof Windows

    STAY AWAY. You may be tempted to buy from this company because they are the only suppliers of Soundproof Windows in Toronto. Save your money and use it to MOVE instead. My windows arrived almost 2 months late, while the company was very unhelpful and made no effort to keep me informed of their status along the way. Not only do they not reduce sound to the degree I expected (I might as well not have them at all), but they're extremely difficult to open. They do NOT open "like my regular windows" as advertised. I was disappointed in the product and the service. Look elsewhere for your windows.

    Yes, we did have a number of delayed installations late in 2006. A late delivery from our manufacturer combined with a Christmas shut down extended our normal delivery. We believe that proper communication with our customers is very important and thought we had kept everyone affected by this delay informed and updated on the deliver status of their order. Obviously from this customer’s comment we did not communicate well enough and will look at how we can insure better notification if this should ever occur in the future. Sound proofing windows is one of the most effective ways to reduce exterior noise. Adding a sound proof window will reduce exterior noise by 65% to 75% (the variation depends on the type of existing window and the wall construction), it will not reduce sound by 100%. If you are expecting 100% noise reduction you will not get it. Be aware that some noise always comes through the walls. The windows have tight seals to maximize sound reduction. If you have any issues regarding our windows, please contact us and we will inspect and adjust them to insure their proper operation. Thank You David Rosolen
