We retain cleaning and fiber protection services from Jeff and his team on a regular basis. They are courteous, professional and their product knowledge is amazing! Their prices are reasonable, and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Red wine was accidentally spilt on our wool/silk rug. W thought it was ruined. We called Jeff and his team was able to remove the stain due to the fact that our rug had been previously been treated with their fiber protection product. No evidence of the stain was visible afterwards. Needless to say, we opted for the fiber protection treatment again and red wine is consumed at the dining room table. Thank you for your great service !

The carpet and furniture in the main living room of our house needed to be cleaned and protected. Jeff and his team did a great job. They were responsive and fast. and even got out some stubborn stains. Everything looks great and we would definitely recommend Jeff and his team.

To say that I dont trust anyone else to clean or stain guard my rugs and upholstery is an understatement. Jeff, Stephen, and Rob are very knowledgeable and diligent when it comes to fabrics. They have taken my wool and silk rug a couple times in the past few years to clean it at their shop, and it has come bag pristine each time. They have stain guarded all my fabric upholstery. Ive even had an occasion or two which called for an emergency pet accident, and they came immediately. Ask the guys about their cleaning solutions for pet stains, and their Bath and Basin formulation.
