Soft Surfaces has continuously provided our company exceptional service and has been able to clean our carpets and upholstery so that they look brand new. I would recommend Soft Surfaces for any commercial or residential cleaning.

Fred arrived on time, looked over the area to be cleaned, measured, then gave us a price and a time frame. He was very careful with our young children, bundling up any metal pipe components with towels so they would not burn themselves from the hot water running through. He was friendly and courteous and not at all pushy. He ended up removing some terrible stains from our beige carpet that we thought would remain forever. The price was exactly what he quoted, and it was done within the time frame suggested (2 hours). For great service, professionalism and timeliness, call Fred at Soft Surfaces! We will definately call him again in the future.

We had our carpeted stairs and 2 loose rugs cleaned by Fred and his crew. They did a great job. Fred is a pleasure to deal with and we will use him again for our next rug and carpet cleaning needs!

I initially spoke with Fred twice because of a previous bad experience with another company. We discussed his cleaning method prior to the actual appointment. As he was working, he took the time to demonstrate the difference between before and after cleaning, as well as point out why certain corners had been dirtier than others. He was punctual,thorough, and very professional. I would not hesitate to use him in the future.
