Nothing like a little sewage in the basement at Christmas time. Jay had been by for another issue last year, so we called again. He came over right away and went to work. Couldn't ask for better service.

We had a red wine stain on our rug that we were concerned wouldn't come out. Jay got the stain out and was easy to deal with. I would recomend Jay - price was fair and he was great to deal with.

My Brother lives in the basement of my house. I asked a few pepole at work about companies that do steam cleaning. So Paul told me about "Steam Kleen" well they did a great job, I cannot remember the guys name that did the service, but let me tell you... he was on time, fast, and the stainsd were removed. Two thumbs up mway up. Thank you Steam Kleen.

Jay did an amazing job cleaning my carpet. Had stains all over my basement from training my puppy. He got everything out, and my carpets look amazing! So friendly and got the job done fast!

Jay was by far the best carpet cleaner I've had come to my home. Professional equipment resulted in fast, exceptional service. He was quick and efficient , and my rugs look fabulous! I would highly recommend him!!

Jay was reliable and cleaning was thorough. He was personable and his price was better than other companies I contacted. He came back a second time on the same day (as promised) to do an additional touch up that I requested. He even left me with an upholstery spray cleaner to assist with keeping the chairs clean. The Scotchguarding he applied has made it much easier to clean the fabric on my chairs. A+ Highly recommend.

The service I received from Jay at Steam Kleen was outstanding! He was courteous, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. He informed of everything he was going to do and delivered on his promise. My carpets were amazing! His aftercare service was even better. He came back to redo a stubborn stain area without question and, again, gave me the same service as if I was a new customer. Great guy and great service.

Jay was amazing. He was very honest about the problem and gave me the right solution to make sure the water problem was dealt with prior to cleaning the carpets. I would recommend him to any one who appreciates prompt and professional service.

I was very happy with this company. My carpets were left extremely clean (and started quite dirty when we moved in), worthy of letting my little baby chew away. Jay's service was fantastic - he went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the cleaning, moving alot of furniture to clean underneath and answering lots of questions regarding the products he used. His equipment also seems much better than some of his competitors (who warned me to vacuum lots before the cleaning, etc.) and left our carpets spotless. We had a bit of a misunderstanding regarding the products used, but Jay went above and beyond to remedy any concerns I had and left the carpets clean and free of any harmful chemicals or scents. I will definitely call him again next year!
