I had family coming over this weekend for a surprise visit, and my carpet need to be clean. I called steamkleen very late in the day. I spoke with Jay and explained to him that I had company coming over and I need the carpet clean before they arrive. Jay arrived at my house 30 minutes later and clean my carpet, and the hall way. This was the first time I had connected steamkleen and am very happy with their service. I will be calling them again.

Excellent service and advice. The work was completed ahead of schedule, my rugs were returned at a time convenient to me, and Jay was a pleasure to deal with. Jae from SteamKleen was extremely professional and amazing at his job. I had many quotes and not only was this the best one but also he gauranteed that he could take the blue permanent market spots out of our couch that my son had got too! I would highly recommend these guys.

Jay cleaned the carpets in our office which were very soiled in a heavy traffic area he made them look brand new I was totally amazed on how great they looked. He came on time and we revived professional courteous service. He even got out the stains our previous carpet cleaner left behind. I had some two week old pet urine stains on my brand new designer couch. I had tried to clean it myself but ended up making it worse. I called Jay at Steam Kleen and he came the SAME DAY to clean it. The couch looks and smells great and he even deodorized my king mattress and cleaned another chair on the house! After being told my another top homestars cleaning company (416-G0-CLEAN) over the phone that my couch was ruined I was so pleased to see it restored to like new condition.

Steem Kleen and Jay provided to me extremely professional and prompt attention to an incredible bedbug nightmare. Not only was he waiting for me at my location but gave me an unbelievably reasonable quotation, and performed the work on the spot as well. He not only did the job thoroughly, but gave me peace of mind knowing that at last I could at last sleep back in my bedroom. Too many sleepless nights! I would strongly recommend Steam Kleen for all of my upholstered and carpeting cleaning needs.

After water flooded into our basement during a heavy storm, Jay answered the e-mail I sent even though it was late at night and arrived the next morning to set up drying machines. He kept in contact with us until it was dry, and returned to clean and sanitize the affected area thoroughly. Unfortunately, a storm a day later caused a second flood, and again, Jay's quick action and concern were greatly appreciated!!! We'd definitely recommend Steam Kleen!

BEST SERVICE EVER! Our home is only 5 yrs old and we have hated our tiles for the last 4 yrs as the grout and textured tile were so stained and discolored that you literally could not tell that they had once been cream color. We had even considered tearing out the tile until we happened to see what SteamKleen did to our neighbors tiles and Grout. We were given Jay's contact info and he was out within 2 days of us calling as we explained we had company coming and needed it done asap. We were blown away by what SteamKleen did to our tiles and grout! They look brand new and beautiful and are even cleaner than the day we did our pdi! We have already booked Jay to come and do our carpets as we were pleased beyond our expectations by the work done, the price and the friendliness of the company owner! A+++++++++++
