New Mitsubishi Heat Pump & Unico Cooling Module
My old system was unable to reach set temperature during the summer months. It would run all day, with the house slowly getting warmer through the day, and the finally cool the house down overnight only to o the same thing the next day. I had another company look at the system, and they recommended replacing the entire system (air conditioner, air handler, cooling module, etc). Baldwin took the time to assess the full system and work directly with Unico to figure out the best way to resolve my issues - in the end he recommended a heat pump to replace the air conditioner, and a new cooling module. Not only was this cheaper than replacing everything, it has gained efficiency because the heat pump will be used to warm the house until it gets very cold outside when my hybrid system will kick in. At the same time as the install was going on, I changed to an Ecobee smart thermostat which caused a couple of other issues (the old thermostat was proprietary) that Baldwin patiently worked through. Many thanks to Baldwin and Del for responding so quickly, making a cost effective recommendation, and working though the challenges till the system was was working perfectly. I'm super happy with the outcome, and my house has never felt more comfortable. If need HVAC work done, Baldwin and Del should be your first call.

RELIABLE & TRUSTWORTHY HVAC EXPERTS
It was time to replace my 20 year old furnace and Baldwin patiently assisted me with selecting a replacement unit and he juggled his schedule to do the installation within 48 hours. Baldwin and his team were on time and the installation was prompt and tidy. I highly recommend Baldwin and his team for all your HVAC needs.

The best team you can ever hire
We needed to update our tankless heater and air handler so we got in touch with Pacific. The whole process was seamless from the start, Baldwin visited my place to take measurements, he took his time to explain every step with me and what to expect. Come installation day, the team completed the work on time and it blew me away how professional and organized they were. I cannot recommend them enough!

Administratively & Technically Top Notch
Its rare to find a small service provider properly supported by prompt and courteous administration. Too often RFQs have to be chased - very time consuming. Not the case with PCH. And when it comes doing the job itself its done with pride. Both my furnace repair and tankless instal were implemented first time, beyond expectation and per estimate. Only wish they offered more services because Id wouldnt hesitate to entrust the work to them.

Replaced A/C & Air Handler
I contacted Pacific Home Comfort as they were highly recommended by a neighbour. We had to replace our high-velocity air handler and air conditioner. I was first contacted by Dlemyra who asked for pictures of my current equipment and scheduled an in-home consultation. Baldwin arrived on time for the consult and inspected my system then advised what my options were with regards to new equipment. Both Delmyra and Baldwin were amazing to deal with. They are extremely patient and addressed all of my questions/concerns promptly. There was no up-selling or pressure. Baldwin is very honest and if he thinks theres a bit more life left in the equipment, he will let you know. His knowledge and workmanship is impeccable. He is very meticulous and ensures the work is done properly and looks as neat as possible. From start to finish, both Baldwin and Delmyra were amazing to work with. I highly recommend them for your HVAC needs!

Excellent Service
Delmyra and Baldwin are great people and they do a great job. I would recommend them for your heating and A/C needs. I have used them for two separate projects, and both were completed on-time and on-budget. They know how to take acre of all the little things to make the job a success.

Installation of Centra A/C
Baldwin installed an Armstrong central A/C for me and all went according to plan. He and his wife Delmyra were professional and courteous the whole process. Baldwin showed up on time and had lots of protection for my floors. He cleaned up the job site afterwards and explained what he had done. I have every confidence to keep using Pacific Home Comfort in the future for my HVAC needs.

Happy Customer

Tankless Water heater and furnace
The job was professionally done and quickly, estimated completion was a day and a half but it was completed in less than a day. Great to have an extra storage space by installing the tankless heater and with the higher btu furnace I have no more complaint in cooling my house, thanks to Baldwin's advice. Extremely satisfied with the installation.
