Chris took the time to thoroughly check the plumbing for the entire bathroom, then offered three possible ways to proceed. He answered all my questions and explained the reasons for the options clearly. He was professional and considerate.

We had a backup in the basement. I had used Mr. Rooter in the past (15years ago) and service was good, pricing fair. As we had water in the basement, we didn't feel we had time to shop around (this was not an after hours call). They don't give any prices prior to arriving. Our pipes needed to be flushed - costing just under $2500!! This is price gouging! I have since contacted local companies who have quotes less than HALF the pricing of Mr. Rooter! I attempted to place a review on Google weeks ago - but its clearly been screened by Mr. Rooter as it was never posted. I will never use Mr. Rooter again. And strongly suggest you shop around - they are taking advantage of customers during a time when people are financially struggling. Find a company who has professional integrity.

Had what I though was a kitchen sink clog. Turned out to be a bad blockage in the drain approximately 1' to 25'. It was very easy to set up an appointment. The technician arrived on time, took time to explain everything to me, worked very hard for 4 hours, cleaned up well after. Very happy with the service. Good job Michael!

Easy to submit service request online, received call back same day. Great customer service. Had a call letting me know when technician being dispatched (on time). Received text with his picture and a short bio! Carl was friendly and very helpful. He was honest and didnt propose work I didnt need which I very much appreciated. I will absolutely use Mr Rooter again and will recommend to everyone.

Our sewerline plugged up and needed attention. We had a bit of problem getting a call back, but finally made a connection with a scheduler. We were very pleased with our technician, Greg and his trainee Emmett. They arrived on time and got right to work putting the camera into the line to analyse the problem. In a short time they found the blockage, and used their tools to clear it out. They were very quick at the repair, and kept me informed of their actions. Greg was very informative and helpful. We should be good for a few years now, but if a problem arises again, I know how to obtain a favourable solution. Mr. Rooter's technicians are very qualified and friendly. Getting thru for an appointment was our main concern, after a short wait everything went smoothly.

Michael showed up to trouble shoot a non-functioning sewage pump (Job 249666674) late in the evening. A couple hours later, the sewage pump was working, all steps and discoveries were carefully explained and a future line of action was established should the issue re-occur. Michael resolved our crisis and Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Ottawa gave us peace of mind by standing behind their products and services.

Had a leak we needed addressed same day. Called Mr. Rooter and they sent Ryan and Saer. They kept us informed throughout the whole process. They were very efficient and friendly Highly recommend.

This is a great company- it was our first time using them. We are in Gatineau- its great to have a plumbing service that can cover English and French sides-They Inspected the house, conducted extensive troubleshooting-and Mike our guy was very helpful, excellent service, very polite. Also, great value for money .Would definitely use again, and recommend them to anyone .

Phoned Mr. Rooter on 13th Feb. and plumber was here the morning of the 14th Feb. The sump pump was replaced, cameras inspected the sewer drain line and the sump pump drain line -- everything OK. Everything was explained in easily understandable language. We have used Mr. Rooter for many years and will continue to do so. Ryan did an excellent job. Happy to have him in our house.

Had a stubborn block in the bathroom sink. Mr. Rooter scheduled a visit within 24 hours. Day of appointment, they notified the technician was a bit delayed, then notified again when he was on his way. Bruce was professional, cleared the clog quickly, and answered all my questions. Will call Mr. Rooter again when I need plumbing help.
