Our laundry/Kitchen drain was blocked. Lucas arrived, assessed the situation and explained everything very well. He kept us informed of the progress as the work was going on. Lucus was very experienced and a very pleasant person. Lucas also replaced some pipes under the kitchen sink that were 40years old and not up to code any longer. I would recommend Lucas to all my friends and neighbours. He is a fantastic plumber.

Had a significant sewer backup. Found Mr Rooter via Google and had technician Greg respond quickly. He troubleshot the issue and using a video camera in the sewer was able to detect and dislodge the blockage. Greg was professional, knowledgeable and kept us informed throughout the process. He was a pleasure to deal with and very much appreciated his recommendations.

Their service is good, and the team demonstrates considerable expertise. Ive relied on them several times for unclogging drains. However, their fees, while consistently high, have recently escalated to a level that I find unreasonable. Consequently, I am considering more affordable alternatives.

Had a sluggish and backing up drain from the kitchen sink. One plumber agreed to come within 24h, then within 12h called back and said they were too busy and asked if I needed an emergency call. I called Mr. Rooter instead and received fast, professional, and thorough service. Thank you!

The service was excellent, technician showed up early, was courteous and polite, and did a good job. Although I found the price to be pretty high - I can't fault the quality of the work or the technician. I haven't needed a plumber in a few decades, so I'm probably just out of touch as far as prices go.

Carl came to unplug the main house drain that was blocked by roots. He work diligently until he managed to clear the blockage which was very stubborn. Very happy with the attitude and service provided by Carl of Mr. Rooter.

I was booked for a dishwasher installation at 11:00. A technician didn't show up until 4:00. A very simple installation was quoted at $1100, and a shutoff valve at $700. Ridiculous. The technician informed me that the end of his work day was 4:30 so he would have to come back the next day, despite being 4 hours late. I will never do business with this company in the future. I ended up doing the work myself.

I changed my pressure tank then pressure switch and all my piping but still was loosing pressure. Tank would never stop. I called Mr.Rooter to come and check it out. Great customer service from the first phone call to easy payment options I knew this would go great. When Shane arrived at my home on time actually a little earlier he was very friendly and courteous. He listen to my story of what I had done already and we talked it out. He told me that he did not have experience with this trickle system and he took pictures and videos to send to his office and Greg from the office called him right away and discovered through the video that I was missing a check valve in my set up. I installed a check valve and everything is working perfectly. I was so impressed in the way that the employees communicate with each other to resolve issues. Great job by all especially Shane for being awesome!!! Very happy customer here!

Shane just came by to provide an estimate. He did not pressure us, but explained our options and answered all our questions. I have found Mr Rooter's office staff and technicians to be professional and responsive, and certainly recommend the service they provide. We also required an emergency septic system pump out earlier this year, and they were fast and very thorough. So we will be using Mr Rooter for our future plumbing needs.
