    Racoon prevention

    Heard noises on the roof one evening so called Joe. He identified what the noise was and where it was coming from. He indicated that it was a racoon and took preventiive measures to make sure it can not get into the attic. Very professional. Thx Joe

    Wasp Nest

    We want to thank Joe for his excellent work, ridding us of nasty wasps spoiling our enjoyment of our new deck. My daughter and son-in-law had recommended Joe on 28th July and on 29th July Joe came and effectively destroyed the wasp nest inside our soffit. Three weeks later and still no signs of wasps. I highly recommend Joe because of his excellent service and professional work,

    Removed Wasp Nest

    Joe quoted great price on phone, Was here an hour later (Forest Hill, Toronto) informative and diligent as could be. He cleaned up rotten wood he removed which was not his problem and did preventive measures.GREAT GUY!!

    Pest control

    Contacted Joe about huge hornet nest overhanging driveway. Joe arrived personally. Very knowledgeable and reassuring. Busted the hornet problem in 10 minutes. For Peace of mind, call a pro, call Joe!

    Nest Removal x 2

    Joe is a life saver. I needed a wasp's nest and a bird's nest removed quickly and one call was all it took. It's never fun to have pests in or outside of you home.. your investment, but Joe is so kind and reassuring that everything will be taken care of...and it was. I can't recommend SNAP enough. Almost makes you want to have one of the nasty things he takes care of...almost :-)

    Wasp Nest Removal

    Call SNAP to remove a WASP's nest on Thursday I was having 90 people over for a party on Saturday. They arrived within 45 minutes. Sprayed the nest. Wasp's disappeared over the next 2 days. Great Party, no WASP's. They were prompt, courteous, did excellent work, worth every penny.

    Pest Removal

    Joe is the best! He was professional, fast, and most importantly got rid of the mice that had infested our house. It took less than 2 hours, he found their entry point under the front porch, sealed it up and we have been mouse free for 3 months and counting. Highly recommended! Trustworthy, professional and effective service. Thank you, Joe!

    termite

    Termite mud trail pop out from basement dry wall, and as soon as removing the try wall and insulations, realized there were tons more mud trails on the concrete walls. Called some popular pest control companys, all refer to do drilling holes surrounding the house and gonna be ard 2.5k to 3k. Not just the money concerns me, but was skeptical drills that many holes surrounding my house. Found this website, and when seeing the review for snap is 10/10, I thought I should consult one more company. Joe came and did a good inspection inside and outside. Recommended it should only need spot treatment. (The other popular companys didn't even inspect.) Joe mentioned the chances for termite coming back again is slim, and not worth spending that much money. I appreciated how professional joe was and how he even came back to retreat the area for free 1 year later. He only charged me 250, the other 100 was I really wanted to compensate the gas money for him coming from mississauga twice. I highly recommend joe to everyone. You wont be disappointed

    This foundation was solid cement with no cracks or pin holes any where. Nobody took the time to remove any walls or they would have discovered that termites cannot go through a solid cement foundation wall. The issue was access from the top via an old deck. Once removed I could actually see a mud tube forming Vertically from the outside wall and going in where the cement met the brick. So why spend all this money to treat the whole house when the underside of the deck was never going to be treated anyways. A complete waste of money as far as I am concerned. Even if he had spent all the money and subjected the family to chemicals it still would not have worked. Joe

    repair squirrel damage in roof

    WOW- SNAP pest control (Joe) provides excellent service and at a very reasonable price. I live in a semi-detached house and my neighbor complained that we had squirrels living in our shared roof. My neighbor found someone to fix her side of the roof with a one way door and so I called a separate company- SNAP to get a quote to come over and inspect if there were any other existing holes on our side of the roof. I spoke to Joe and he took the time over the phone to go over options and provided me with a quote for inspection. He came over, took pictures and showed me the pictures of where the squirrels were eating their way through the wood under our shingles. As it was only a matter of time that the squirrels were going to get through our roof. Joe sealed the edges of our entire front roof with wire mesh. This process took a couple of hours. While he was up there he also cleaned our eaves drop just for the fun of it. Joe goes beyond what is necessary- I was completely satisfied and at a very fair price. In fact, I was surprised when he only charged slightly more than the inspection quote he provided over the phone even though he spent several hours longer than was expected. It has been many years since I felt satisfied in this way by any service. Professional, friendly and honest. AMAZING.

    Joe- Exterminator
