    squirrel removal

    I called Joe 6 months ago after getting 2 other quotes to remove a squirrel before my roof was replaced. Joe suggested waiting until the roof was almost complete before installing the one way door, otherwise the job would have to be done twice at more than twice the price. Truthfully at that point I thought the squirrel would leave on his own with all the commotion from the roofers, but not so. On the last day of the job my roofer asked me to call a pest removal company to deal with the situation. I automatically thought of Joe and called. Within 2 hours he was at my home and installed the door. He was the most reasonable and helpful pest control company I called. I would highly recommend him to anyone with a squirrel problem.

    The roofing guys installed a drip edge which covered the (16 feet across) unseen 1 inch gap between the roof and eaves perfectly.     Fleas

    My tenant's dog brought fleas into my house. Before I realized what the problem was, my house was infested. Joe came over quickly and thoroughly sprayed the house. He came back two weeks later to do another spray. Fleas are very difficult to get rid of. He advised me to move my couch out to the garage for a week to kill the persistent ones and it worked. I highly recommend Joe for any pest problems you may have. AND his prices are very reasonable.

    Thanks for the review. Remember that nobody is immune to fleas and they can enter a home via a pets daily walk past a flea infested area. Fleas just wait for a ride, hop on your pet and before you know it they are in your living room jumping around all over the place.Typically, I tend to get calls ( not in this case though) regarding a flea problem after a client has been attempting to control them on their own. One must remember that a flea extermination can go wrong quickly and results in fleas being spread all over a home. I therefore strongly recommend that this particular pest be left up to an exterminator to control. A systematic approach along with the use of an IGR ( insect growth regulator) and the correct insecticide is required to rid a structure of fleas. In this particular case I wanted the fleas to gravitate towards the couch, which was then treated and quarantined outdoors. A little trick I learned from a seasoned exterminator and true mentor.

    Pest Inspection

    Joe and his associate came by my new house to do an inspection and possible spray before moving in. After walking around, he informed us that he didn't think we needed a spray and then followed up with an extensive walk through our house (inside and out) identifying potential areas of concern. As a pest inspector, he had us at his mercy - but he was a great, honest guy with smart insights into our property. 5 star service.

    Thanks for the review. A home is the largest investment one can make and being proactive when it come to pests only makes sense. Potential problems are indeed best dealt with initially before pests become established. I must admit I was impressed by my clients forward thinking ( he was actually taking notes as we went) and have never seen commitment on this scale before.     Racoons

    We had Joe out to take care of some unwanted chimney guests, caught them in the act a few times, when they woke me at 2:30am.... Joe was punctual, professional and competitively priced. He took care of the problem by 1) installing a one way door so they could get out then 2) returning a few days later to put a permanent wire mesh cap on the chimney. Joe went above and beyond by alerting me of some problems with flashing on my chimney and even added some caulking to prevent leaks. Here's the best part- my 3 year old is no longer scared of racoons, and even pretends to be "Raccoon Joe", chasing and capturing imaginary raccoons in our living room.     Termite Inspection

    I hired S.N.A.P to perform a termite inspection on my home after finding termites on my property. Joe came out on time and did a thorough job ensuring that I did not have a major problem as other company's claimed I had. Joe is an extremely honest and professional person and going forward I will definitely use and recommend him to anyone that requires his service. Thank you Joe for being honest and not trying to sell me service I did not require. If you are looking for an honest, reliable and reasonably priced Pest Control company look no further.

While it is true that indeed some termites were visible in the front exterior of the home this doesn't mean that you now have to spend thousands of dollars and subject your home to chemical treatments.     Animal Control

    My experience with Joe was positive right from our initial conversation. When I discovered I had a raccoon family in my garage, and called a few different places to get estimates, Joe was the first one to get back to me and made a point to come out and assess the situation right away. When he arrived, he thoroughly checked the garage and surrounding area to ensure that the job would be done as thoroughly as possible. When his very reasonable quote was the one I decided to go with, he made sure to come and start the job as soon as possible. He made three separate visits, each time doing more work to make sure that everything was secured and that the raccoons would not have a chance to re-enter. He went over and beyond what was required of him. His knowledge and dedication was greatly appreciated and I would highly recommend him.

    service

    I had mice at my house for awhile and I called various companies. Every time they would come and place these black boxes with poison in my basement and garage. I would ask how they were coming in and always they would say they can come from anywhere. Most companies were in and out in 30 minutes. Mostly they were just talking. Then I found Joe from Snap, I read his reviews. Joe was here for around 2 hours looking everywhere with his scope and he actually found the spot in the upper garage soffit. Which matched the location under the vanity. He found the problem and fixed it. It has been almost a year now and no more mice. Thanks Joe

    Bird Nest Removal

    Very glad I got Joe out today to get rid of a couple of bird's nests in fan vents on the side of our house. He came over in 15 minutes, was exceptionally thorough (including scrubbing the siding of the house with bleach at my request), got the nests out - and a dead bird, put screens behind the louvers of the vents and was reasonably priced. More importantly, in talking with him, I got a feel for the way he runs his business and approaches his job, and he certainly makes a strong case for being thorough and doing the job right. There is a reason he is so high up the rankings on Homestars despite being a smaller operation than some of the other pest control companies in the city. That is, he does a good job, in a timely manner and charges appropriately. I strongly recommend S.N.A.P pest control.

    remove squirrels in my roof

    I had Joe coming to my house the same day I called him to check what kind of animals was walking over our bedrooms. He found squirrels nesting there, and did what had to be done to get rid of them. He then, came back 2 days later to check and repair the damages they had done. He did a very good job since I haven't seen squirrels in my backyard after his visit - when before, I always had a few on the fence and on the border of the windows. I'm very satisfied of his help.     It was a tricky job since the typical entry points for squirrels was not obvious. This meant having to systematically go right around the house with a 35 foot ladder meeting the eaves trough until I could find the opening. I am glad I could help and thanks for the business.

    Carpenter Bees in Pergola

    Joe is highly recommended. Came to my place within 1 hour of the phone call and carpenter bees were cleared in 30 minutes. Very reasonable price. Easy to deal with, great guy. Will use for any future pest problems.
